L'Antico Convitto

I picked this hotel because of it’s location and price point. It was fairly inexpensive and I expected it feel like a cheaper hotel, but I could not have been more wrong - while it IS a small and inexpensive hotel, it has a warm, friendly, boutique feel! I was surprised at how large the rooms were - with huge windows offering incredible views, and an amazing bed!! Seriously, I can’t say enough good things about the bed - it was comfortable and had the most amazing pillows imaginable (seriously, I actually ended up emailing the hotel after I left to find out what kind of pillows they were so I could buy some for my house). Additionally, they have a wonderful breakfast buffet with very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff (both at the buffet and the front desk), and a large patio on the roof with the perfect sitting area to watch the sunrise, have a late night glass of wine, or just to take in the views. I absolutely loved my time here and can’t wait to go back!!

This is an excellent hotel to stay at while visiting Amalfi. We were here for 3 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and quite large. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They can organize offsite laundry services which we used but be aware the service is not available on Sundays. On a map it looks like the hotel is a bit farther from the ferry port than other hotels but really, the walk is easy and it's very close as Amalfi town is not that large. We would stay again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel was lovely up a little alley & an elevator to 3rd floor. Our room had twin beds so comfortable & the bath was amazing with the raindrop shower. There was a cute breakfast room with plenty of various food. With cappacino for me & tea for my friend. The staff was amazing & so friendly. Looks newly refurished with coral colors throughout the room. We had a roof patio to enjoy the sunshine where we journaled about our adventures.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Rooftop patio was a beautiful view.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on terrace was great. Location is convenient in the busy Amalfi downtown area - quick access to transportation, dining options, shopping and waterfront.

However, there were some issues with air conditioning, shower door and USB ports.

Beautiful property with rooftop view of the city. It was a lovely stay here with some incredibly helpful staff & concierge. This hotel was central to everything you could want or need in Amalfi and our 3 night stay here was easy & convenient. Extremely clean beautiful rooms with air conditioning, our stay was wonderful here.

Great stay with family

This property had no stairs to get to the beach and other areas. it was right in the middle of everything. Their rooftop had the best view and they had a great breakfast, which was included with the price.
Gerry was very helpful with all of our plans.

A quaint little joint. Off the main street so had to look around to find it. Staff was great, it was super convenient to everything. Breakfast was good enough to get the day started.

Property is conveniently located in the center of Amalfi Coast, near beaches, shops & restaurants. Love having all just steps away. Staff was very helpful & welcoming. The rooftop as a great view of the water, church & surrounding mountains. Def would recommend

Perfect location in Amalfi. Beautiful property, and eating breakfast (with amazing cappuccino) on the terrace is a dream! The family suite is amazing and spacious. Francesca and Gerardo at the desk are so nice and helpful. Can’t say enough good things!

Beautiful, quaint, boutique hotel in the heart of Amalfi. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and the terrace seating on the roof is lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Francesca was a pleasure as our hostess. The hotel was perfectly located for us while we explored Amalfi. It is comfortable, clean and quiet. The included breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were current and well kept. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff were super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Excellent property and great staff. Looked after every need we had. Very friendly. Rice was a bit higher than we expected but we were still good because of the value we had with everything else.
