L’emplacement incroyable, en plein copacapana, à 40 mètres de la plage

Les chambres ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles, les chambres sont vieillottes, le petit déjeuner est passable, mais fait l’affaire, je ne pense pas que j’y reviendrai

Muy buena ubicación, atención y amabilidad del personal, limpieza. Rico desayuno y variado.

Cons:

Había olor a gas en el dormitorio y que fue reportado, pero me comentaban que era normal. Y se veía que faltaba manutención: cortinas se notaban gastadas y filtraba luz por black out, manillas de puerta de baño se salían, el aire acondicionaba filtraba agua y caía al suelo.

You can find better for the same price!

Location was good, staff where great.

Bathroom had Mold, the Windows leaked rain water inside the room, the room was nothing like the pictures they have on booking.com , the pictures and name of hotel point to a fresh design hotel but it was not. In the morning the cleaning lady opened the door while we were sleeping without knocking the door. Also you can hear the street noise and cars a lot windows thin. Also same issue with the noise from the corridor outside our room. You can hear when people open their doors, when they walk, and also we had someone talking over the phone with his room door open and the whole Brazil heard him. I dont think the value for the price I paid was good. Also the socket for charging your phone is behind the pillow in the room which makes it difficult to charge and sleep.
