Qualidade de quarto DELUX, com mau cheiro e velho; não correspondia a verdade. Foi pedido para mudar de quarto, não foi permitido; inundação de casa de banho, que obrigou mudança de quarto para categoria inferior. Foi ajustado com o gerente um reembolso de compensação, o mesmo nunca foi feito. Gerente e funcionários desleais. Houve muita mensagens de WhatsApp, ate que deixaram de ser respondidas pelo hotel; emails enviados deixaram de ser respondidos. Muita deslealdade para com o cliente, muito mau trabalho, hotel péssimo, péssima experiência.

Café da manhã razoável, cama boa, chuveiro bom. A localização é o melhor desse estabelecimento.

Cons:

Conheço o hotel desde que era Portinari, que tinha outra categoria. O hotel agora, está bastante decaído. Precisa de uma boa reforma principalmente em acabamentos. Fora isso, considerei o atendimento correto mas bastante protocolar. Exemplo: Pedi uma faca para cortar pão, o atendente foi buscar e nunca voltou. Nossa TV estava com imagem muito ruim, cheia de chuvisco, pedimos para checar, falaram que iam mas nunca apareceram. E, tiveram coragem de cobrar R$20,00 para guardar nossa mala dps de um check-out, que inclusive, adiantamos. Achamos uma deselegância.
