Sa situation en plein centre , près de la gare facile de se garer , la consigne , l’espace dans la chambre
Juste ne pas avoir de café ou thé alors qu’il y a bouilloire et tasses . Et c’était trop tard pour en demander ..
Accueil tès agréable, personnel très chaleureux, buffet petit-déjeuner très bon et copieux, emplacement parfait !
Chambre un tout petit peu exigüe pour deux personnes, il manque quelques tablettes ou étagères dans la salle de bain pour poser les trousses de toilette.

Some staff members were grumpy and not willing to communicate about transportation
Très bon accueil. Toutes les informations sont données en avance. Hôtel très bien situé. Pratique pour visiter Arles et la région. Parking juste à côté. Petit déjeuner de qualité, de très bons produits. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Odlična lokacija i izuzetno ugodno i profesionalno osoblje, nešto nije bilo u redu sa sobom i odmah su nam dali drugu sobu, također dali su nam da ostavimo uloške za frižider kod njih u freezeru , dobra vrijednost za novac
Klima je radila vrlo slabo sto je za vrućine koju su bile u to vrijeme bilo loše
La modernité de l’hôtel, la serviabilité du personnel, la situation géographique.
Éventuellement l’heure d’ouverture du garage à vélo (un peu plus tôt) mais pour nous, tout s’est très bien passé

La gentilezza di Louise alla reception che ci ha comunicato via WA che la stanza era pronta prima del previsto salvandoci dal caldo terribile di Arles delle due di pomeriggio. Ci ha anche fornito un sacco di informazioni e consigliato un ottimo ristorante. La posizione dell'hotel è subito dopo le mura che delimitano la zona pedonale, per cui si può parcheggiare in Place Lamartine e fare 10 metri per arrivare in albergo. Colazione buona e ricca.
