absolut ungeeignet für mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen
Pros:

Beim aktuellen Preisniveau der Hotels in München ist dieses Hotel beinahe als preisgünstig zu bezeichnen.
Straßenbahnstation zum Hauptbahnhof (zwei Stationen) in geringer Entfernung.
Diverse Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen absolut ungeeignet - jede Menge Stiegen (um über den ebenerdigen Zugang zum Aufzug zu gelangen muss man erst über Stiegen zur Rezeption, um die Zimmerkarte (öffnet auch die Hintertür) zu bekommen.
WC-Abfluss funktioniert schlecht (jedenfalls in unserem Zimmer)
Der Kaffee zum Frühstück steht in einer mehrere Liter fassenden Kanne bereit - keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Möglichkeit etwa für Cappuccino

Pros:

Hotelul este asezat in proximitatea statiei de metrou, dar si a garii centrale din Munchen. Pentru cei curajosi, se poate ajunge si pe jos in Marienplatz, in aproximativ 20 de minute. Parcarea subterana, deși contracost, a fost de mare folos pentru noi avand in vedere ca am călătorit cu mașina. Micul dejun a fost OK, nu ieșit din comun, dar decent.

Cons:

Am resimțit absenta aerului conditionat, cu atât mai mult cu cat am fost cazați la ultimul etaj si am avut parte de zile călduroase.

Nice location but swelteringly hot
Pros:

Central location. Very nice reception staff.

Probably has to considered in context but it was absolutely sweltering in the room with no aircon.

Good location and good breakfast but very hot on summer days
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Only thing bothered me was bed sheets and towels did not change after 2 nights. However it wasnt a big problem i did not report it to the staff. Also it was very very hot and there was no AC.

Enjoyed my stay in the hotel and Munich as it provided access to everything I need.
Pros:

Neat and clean near train station close to restaurants and 15 mins walk to center. Many positive things. Staff friendly and adorable.

Cons:

Slight WiFi problems but I think easy to fix.
