eigentlich nettes Hotel mit unmöglichem Personal

Wir hatten dieses Hotel für den Silvesterabend gebucht und als wir dort ankamen war das Zimmer eiskalt, die Heizung aus und die Decken und Handtücher klamm. (bei Minusgraden) Auf Nachfrage meines Mannes gab es ein unglaubliches unverständliches Geschrei der asiatischen Rezeptionistin (in Asien verliert man bei so einem Verhalten das Gesicht), der Kollege am Telefon, mit dem ich dann gesprochen habe, war keinen Deut besser. Wir bekamen einen Heizlüfter, der ebenfalls nicht funktionierte und eine Wolldecke angeboten. Der Fernseher ging auch einfach aus und lies sich nicht mehr anschalten, hier bekamen wir zu Antwort wir sollen mal schauen ob die Batterien funktionieren, diese wurden uns in die Hand gedrückt. Nach nochmaliger versuchter ruhiger Diskussion unsererseits konnten wir das Zimmer mit lautstarken Beschimpfungen kostenlos stornieren - wir sind wirklich sehr sehr viel in Hotels unterwegs, aber so ein Verhalten seitens eines Vermieters haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Das rechtfertigt auch der relativ günstigen Preis für ein eiskaltes Zimmer und unmögliches Personal nicht. Bitte auch die Bewertungen auf Google und co lesen.

Excellent price/quality
Pros:

Excellent price/quality: For 59 euro I got a (single) decent, clean room with its own toilette/shower. And included a good breakfast-buffet and a parking spot. Metro subway is about 8 minutes from the hotel. München centre is closeby.

Cons:

Vacuum cleaning early in the morning in the room next doors woke me up.

Pettynyt. Hotelli ei vastaa hinnoittelua.
Pros:

Valikoima aamiaisella oli suppea. Mehua oli jatkettu vedellä niin paljon ettei se maistunut miltään.

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneen katossa oli hometta. Huone ja koko hotelli oli tukalan kuuma.

Pyrin selvittämään huoneeseen tuuletinta, jotta huoneessa pystyisi nukkumaan, mutta henkilökunta ei ollut halukas auttamaan asiassa.

아침 식사는 신선한 재료를 제공하여 맛있게 먹었고, 지하철 역에서 도보로 10분 이내에 위치하여 여행객으로서는 만족한 지리적 위치와 주변이 조용하여 휴식장소로는 최고의 조건이었습니다.
