Nur die Lage direkt neben dem Arbeitsort.

Cons:

- Der Empfang. Mein Zug hatte verspätung. Ich wurde ohne Begrüßung empfangen und angemotzt, was mir einfällt, dass ich nicht auf die Kontaktversuche des Hotels reagiere.
Mein Chef hat für mich gebucht und auch auf die Nummer zurückgerufen, die es in der Email gab. Die Person am Telefon wurde informiert, dass ich nach 22 Uhr auftauche und es sei wohl kein Problem - denn der Schlüssel wird in einer Schlüsselbox für mich hinterlegt.
- Das Zimmer an sich. Alte Möbel und sehr unkomfortabel. Ich konnte kein Foto mit dem oder ähnlichen Zimmer auf der Website finden - klar, da werden nur die schönsten zur Schau gestellt.

Zustand Lampe ohne Abdeckung, Türrahmen beschädigt und verschmutzt, TV ohne Funktion – mit improvisierter Zimmerantenne, Bett teilweise nicht bezogen, alte Fenster und lange nicht gereinigte Vorhänge, Bad in katastrophalem Zustand, zu klein und insgesamt nicht sauber, zig kaputte Elemente inkl. fast herunterkommender Decke – man fürchtet sich ... Ausstattung? Welche Ausstattung? Kein Kühlschrank, keine Lüftung oder Klima, kein TV (s.o.), Sauberkeit, Größe, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ... echt unterirdisch über 200 EUR pro Nacht in einem Stadtteil von München in dem außer Autohandel und Nachtclubs für einsame Männer nichts los ist ...

War sehr enttäuscht.
Pros:

War nur für einen Konzertbesuch dort und es lag fußläufig zur Lokation. Die Dame an der "Rezeption" war sehr nett.

Cons:

Sieht nicht aus, wie ein Hotel. Ein paar Zimmer in einem Wohnblock. Als Rezeption ein kleiner Verschlag im Eingang. Die Bäder grausam alt. Warum sieht man wohl keine Fotos? Das Klientel hauptsächlich ausländische Montagearbeiter. Insgesamt ist das Hotel wirklich ordentlich abgewohnt (gelinde gesagt.)
