Loved the location
Location is excellent and things were clean. The metro/subway is 1min walking distance, it's a very central location.
Extremely rude reception staff. Very old amenities (room, AC, bed, carpet). Old hotel looking.

There was nothing we didn’t like, the bathroom was a little small but it was not a problem.
Ottima la posizione, quartiere Koreano con tanti locali a 10 Min da Times Square e a 2 Minuti sei sulla Fifth Avenue.
Eravamo al 3' piano ottimo per il fatto di prendere le scale e scendere subito se non avevamo voglia di aspt l ascensore. Al piano 14 c'è un rooftop con vista l' Empire. Possibilità di prendere sempre acqua, mente caffè e thè dalle 7 alle 11. Praticamente fatto colazione in camera prendendo dal Lidl ( a soli 10 Min) biscotti, muffin cornetti ecc.
Personale gentile e super disponibile per un problema che abbiamo avuto al WC, pulizia camera tutti i giorni.

Posizione ottima . Si può arrivare a piedi a time square e a pochi passi c’è empire state building … la metro a un minuto , e nella via tantissimi locali x mangiare

Location, location, location. Right between 5th and Broadway, a few minutes away from the MSG, subway entrances just at the end of the street, many eateries near by.
The elevator was outdated, anyone from the street can get in the elevator to go to the rooftop bar, which can be a safety issue for guests, no restaurant, no bar not even a snack bat in the lobby. The lobby was very small for the size of the hotel.
The hotel.was very central to anything.
