Propreté laisse a désirer plus d'une nuit j'ai trouvé des cafards dans la salle de bain,ils sortent de derrière l'appareil de la clime.
Le bruit de la clime ,insupportable,il faut l'arrêter si on veut dormir.

Excellent location and clean and comfortable facilities. Elevator was painfully slow, but manageable
Pros:

Fabulous location between 5th and 6th ave so both bus and subway line so super easy to use public transport. Easy walking distance to Jack’s Market (full supermarket with take away sandwiches and salads) and so many Korean food options

Cons:

Smallish rooms, but that is standard for NYC

Amazing location in the heart of Koreatown, super comfortable beds, staff are friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. The location was great.

Cons:

The room was a bit small ( but this is NYC so not surprising), it did not have a mini-fridge and the safe was not functional. Complementary coffee was offered on the basement level but limited to certain hours. This was also where the water bottle refill option was. Ice machines not functional on our floor and others.
