Limpio, bien ubicado y acogedor. Cosas que mejorar
Pros:

Reservamos una habitación "triple" superior: la verdad es que era enorme (como se ve en las fotos). La cama de la habitación era muy cómoda y buenas almohadas. Era genial que hubiera una nevera y hasta platos para cocinar. El agua caliente salía rapidísimo. Todo estaba MUY limpio.
El personal la verdad es que bastante amable, pero la señora que estaba el sábado por la mañana (los tres días que estuvimos el personal era diferente) no hablaba muy bien inglés la verdad... intenté con el español y tampoco.
Ubicación excelente: pegado al río, a unos 20 mins andando de la estación de tren Puerta Nueva y 5 minutos (como mucho) de Castellvechio; el centro histórico estará a unos 15 minutos como mucho también.

Cons:

El secador no funcionaba.
Lo único malo que puedo decir es que la "cama" supletoria (foto), es decir, la de la tercera persona en la habitación y la que no durmió en la cama de la habitación, era la parte del sofá cama que se saca. Era cómoda, pero realmente para una/dos noche/s como mucho. Me parece bastante mal que al final se pague por tres personas y que esa supletoria tenga que ser sólo la parte del sofá cama. Se cobra igualmente por tres personas, así que no entiendo que no se tenga derecho a una cama igualmente (aunque sea más pequeña, evidentemente). Apenas entraba la verdad (y no es que yo mida 2m). Por suerte sólo fueron dos noches.
Hago esto como un comentario constructivo para el hotel, porque realmente es muy buen sitio y tienen todo muy cuidado al detalle.

A roomy charming apartment close to the city center.
Pros:

Charming little apartment in a quiet area of the city within walking distance of many attractions. The apartment was very roomy and historic with lots of charm.

Cons:

Our apartment was up many stairs as was the bedrooms in the apartment. No problem for us but older or less abled people might have a problem. We needed assistance from the staff to change some light bulbs and it was a bit difficult to contact them.

Siamo entusiasti di tutto ciò che abbiamo visto in questo hotel antico,cominciando dall'appartamento e finendo dalla vista esterna del hotel.L'antichità curata e rispettata,il personale gentile e disponibile.La colazione buonissima e perfetta grazie a signora Daniela.Speriamo di ritornare il piu presto possibile in questo hotel meraviglioso.Disposizione del hotel molto comoda è vicino dal centro storico.
