The OYO Times Square has a mandatory Resort Fee of $45.00 plus taxes per room, per night.

The credit card used to make the reservation is required at check-in. Upon check-in, a credit card will be required for incidentals/security deposit.

Please note the nightly resort fee includes the following: • Luggage storage prior to arrival & after departure (no overnight storage) • In-room mini fridge and/or microwave upon request • Complimentary wi-fi • Complimentary local & long distance phone calls from the guest room.

OYO Times Square is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes and marijuana is strictly prohibited within the hotel.

Pets are allowed at an additional charge of $100 USD per pet, per night, per room.


Smoking penalty: $400 + tax per incident, applied only if smoking is detected; smoking detection sensors are in place; tampering is prohibited.

A damage deposit of $100 per night is required on arrival.

Parking: nearby self-parking at iPark (790 8th Avenue); $40/day standard vehicles, $55/day SUVs (subject to change); no in/out privileges, no valet, subject to availability
