Ok for a small trip
Pros:

The location was absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of times square, close to central park and where Big Bus tour starts

Cons:

Rooms were incredibly small, maybe good for one person even the ones which had two queen beds in it.

La atención del personal de recepcion

Cons:

Habitación pequeña. La canada incómoda y hace ruido cada vez que te giras. El baño viejo, con poco confort, mal cuidado, toallas pequeñas y poca. El caudal de agua que sale es mínimo.

Die Lage direkt am Timesquare ist klasse.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Inventar schon ordentlich abgerockt. Allerdings alles vorhanden. Klima, TV, Safe, Fön, Bügelbrett. Das Zimmer könnte mal renoviert werden.

Hotel will not refund me the security deposit
Pros:

Writing a review since this may be the only way to get a call back from the hotel. I stayed at the hotel April 28th 2026. Upon checkin my card was charged ~$220 USD and was assured this would be refunded a few days post checkout. It is now July 17th and I have not received the refund. I have called numerous times and the general manager phone line is always busy and the mail box is full and I am not able to leave a message. No one is able to transfer me or get this issue resolved. My booking ID was LKG26823. This needs to be resolved asap as I am out of options due to the companies lack of professionalism and urgency.
