Dejlig stor værelse med fine muligheder for at lave mad
Pros:

Det var dejligt stille og roligt med fine parkerings muligligheder, ganske fint for pengene og et kæmpe plus for badekaret

Cons:

Der trængte til en ekstra klud i vindues karme osv der var lidt støvet og vi er en familie som lider af støvallergi

Sehr angenehmes Aparthotel.
Pros:

Ein sehr angenehmes Aparthotel mit großzügigen Zimmern, bestehend aus Küchenbereich, Wohnbereich und Schlafbereich sowie Bad. Auch das Treppenhaus ist recht angenehm und großzügig gestaltet. Ich war nur für eine Nacht dort, kann mir aber vorstellen, das man es dort leicht auch länger "aushalten" kann. Zum Frühstück oder zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, beim Auschecken konnte ich einen Blick auf das Frühstücksbuffet werfen. Das war in meinen Augen absolut in Ordnung.
Ich war im Osten Leipzigs zu Besuch, dafür hatte das Hotel die optimale Lage. Bis in die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Auto allerdings ca. 20 Minuten. Für diejenigen, der nicht mit dem Auto anreist, sondern auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen ist, vielleicht etwas weit draußen. Mich hat das nicht gestört, aber ohne Auto ist der Weg in die City weit, wobei ich allerdings den öffentlichen Nahverkehr in Leipzig nicht beurteilen kann. Ansonsten gibt es in der Umgebung alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht, einkaufen, zum Essen gehen, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Insgesamt erinnert mich das Haus an ein angenehmes französisches Aparthotel. Aparthotels sind ja in Deutschland eher rar gesät, wohingegen man in Frankreich den eigenen Kühlschrank und die eigene Kochmöglichkeit besser schätzt.

Immer wieder gerne, vollkommen ok, sowohl für einen Tag als auch länger.
Pros:

Alles da, was man braucht! Geräumiges Appartement. Frühstück mit Kinder war zu teuer. Keine Abstufung der Preise. Parkplatz vorm Haus oder Tiefgarage. Pennimarkt war direkt im Haus.

Cons:

Gebäude innen von der Gestaltung interessant! Wie in einem Gefängnis aufgebaut. Weite Wege im Hotel, da groß.

Pros:

Прекрасный номер, чисто,уютно, Замечательная постель, удобные подушки.
Кофемашина, чайник, тостер, микроволновка, холодильник работали прекрасно .
Ванная комната очень чистая, без плесени.
Гараж просторный, спуститься можно на лифте, за ночь 14 евро.
На нижнем этаже продуктовый магазин, рядом Бургер Кинг.

Ich würde wieder buchen.
Pros:

Große Zimmer, Möbel schon etwas älter, aber ordentlich und sauber. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden, mit reichlich Platz. Man kommt mit dem Lift aus der Garage in die Zimmerstockwerke. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Idee mit dem „Dankeschönsäckchen“ finde ich sehr nett - Man bekommt bei Verzicht auf die tägliche Reinigung eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war auf die viel befahrene Straße ausgerichtet. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte Probleme haben.

Prima Unterkunft für einen Geschäftsreisenden.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage. Wohn/Essbereich sind getrennt. Optimal für Geschäftsreisende. Kann man als Tourist auch gut nutzen. Dann aber besser ein Zimmer zur Permoserstrasse Richtung Parkplatz.

Cons:

Direkt neben der Unterkunft ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Anlueferung ist Morgens zwischen 6.00 und 7.00 Uhr gewesen, Bei offenem Fenster ist das deutlich zu hören.
Keine Klimaanlage. Wenn das Zimmer gemacht wurde, wurden die Fenster auf Kipp gestellt und die Vorhänge zurückgeschoben. Dadurch wurde es ziemlich warm im Zimmer, da die Sonne und die warme Luft dann hereinkamen.

Brak klimatyzacji przy 40'C upale,brak jakiegokoliwek wentylatora. Bardzo podstawowe śniadanie.
