Residence Villaggio Verde

We had a great time, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, we had breakfast included and when they realized I was vegan and didn't have much to eat specifically brought in options for me. We did not use many of the facilities but all looked clean and beautiful. The room itself was comfortable, and designed beautifully.

Excellent location 10 minutes walk to center, lovely pool and bar area

We stayed here for a week & our stay was amazing. A family of 4 kids aged 17 & 14. It is so central to Sorrento. Antoinetta was the best host I have experienced on my travels. So caring & thoughtful. The pool is a hidden gem with the most beautiful views. The food & the staff in the bar area were so nice. Would come again.

This small family run resort was fab. Within walking distance of Sorreto town but far away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy quuet lazy days by the pool. Yes, there is a hill up to the property but, unless you want to pay a premium for a property with a pool in the town, it's definitely worth the climb. Antoinetta, Alessandro and the entire team were wonderful...nothing was too much trouble for them. I stayed in one of the Economy Bungalows which was right next to the Reception area so there was some road noise though not wnough to keep me awake. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and toiletries every other day. The pool bar and poolside toilets were clean and tidy and it was a bonus having the use of a washing machine as I'd come straight to Sorrento from a walking holiday. Would I stay again? Definitely!

Spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and so helpful. Peaceful location outwith the bustle of the town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villaggio Verde. It was conveniently located for central Sorrento. The day trips to Capri and the Amalfi coast were very well organised and good value for money.
The atmosphere at the hotel had a family feel. The pool was fabulous with lovely views to take in while we relaxed.
The hotel was clean and felt like a retreat from the busyness of Sorrento.
It particular we want to praise Antonietta on reception who we found to be incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Whilst there was a kettle and cups we did have to buy our own tea and coffee. Having said that, the fridge in the room was a useful thing to have.
Overall, we would visit again and recommend to others.

We had a great stay at Villagio Verde, in the main because of the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Every staff member from the moment we arrived just went out of their way to help us in any way they could. We stayed in bungalow 115, which was situated at the bottom of the complex and was so quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was spotless and well appointed with everything you could need if you wanted to do self catering. The pool area too was so quiet and spotless, and served a good selection of food and drink. Again the lady that ran the pool bar was just so nice and friendly. Breakfast was really good and more than we expected and Rosaria.was always happy to get you more of anything. All the cakes and pastries were freshly cooked by Rosario and if you go in really early, they are still warm from the oven and the smell of fresh baking was amazing. It’s a 15 minute walk in to Tasso Square and a bit of an uphill slog coming back but don’t let that put you off. Overall, Villagio Verde was an excellent place to stay with awesome staff, a peaceful location and so, so peaceful. We will definitely return.

Enkelt o mycket trevligt! Ligger 5- 10 min från centrum vilket passa oss jättebra! Jättefin service från personalen som hjälpte oss vart vi skulle 😅

Heel gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. Vanuit dit verblijf kun je heel gemakkelijk de hot spots in de regio bekijken, gastvrouw regelt het voor je en je wordt op locatie opgehaald en weer terug gebracht. Centrum Sorrento is gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken dus je kunt je auto veilig en in de schaduw bij je verblijf laten staan.

Bom custo- benefício, mas importante saber que fica há uns 15 min de caminhada da área mais central. Os funcionários são bem solícitos e educados. Café da manhã gostoso, embora não variem com os dias.

Really nice location near center of sorrento. The staff were very warm and helpful with us. The bungalow and the space is cozy and beautiful.

We had such a nice stay at Villaggio Verde. This is a very friendly, family-run business with a small team who work really hard and make all the guests really welcome… plenty of information available on trips and advice on the local area. The first thing you notice on arrival is how green and peaceful it is, even though it’s not far at all from the centre of Sorrento.. easily walkable and if you’re not in the mood for walking, then there’s a good local taxi driver called Giuseppe who’ll be there on time to whisk you down to the centre. There’s a nice pool surrounded by trees and it’s not too busy. Various different types of accommodation on site too… we stayed in one of the hotel rooms and it had everything we needed for our short stay. Continental breakfast was included from 7am and was just what we needed to set us up for the day! Look forward to going back one day!
