Quiet. Easy walk to train station and a quick ride to Roma Termini. Good location for exploring the southern half of Appia Antica. Breakfast was typical Italian fare but they also have fresh fruits and cereal. Attentive staff. I wanted to have bananas on the first morning but there wasn't any. On the second moring, they added bananas to the fruit bowl. That was very nice of them. I also enjoyed interacting with them in the breakfast room. Even with a language barrier, we managed to have a pleasant chat.
Room was a bit small and dated. My room was on the ground floor, so I kept the curtains drawn, making the room gloomy.

Great hotel not too far from station so easy to get to rome. 10 min walk 15 min train to termini. Really clean friendly staff, daily clean good continental breakfast. Very quiet. Would recommend if using ciampino airport as a base.

La struttura è costituita da una grande villa con parcheggio privato, un po' caotico nella gestione,; posizione ottima, centrale, con nelle vicinanze ogni tipo di servizi, a circa 10 minuti dall'aeroporto
Camere grandi ma con arredi datati, televisore minuscolo, bagno decente, nulla di più. Colazione solo dolce e risicata. Per il prezzo pagato, il rapporto con la qualità è deficitario. Non ci tornerò

Všetko bolo v poriadku, hotel má veľmi rodinnú atmosféru a pán na recepcii bol mimoriadne milý a ochotný. Izba a posteľ bola čistá a pohodlná.
Moja jediná výhrada smeruje k vypadnutiu elektriny, ktorá počas niekoľkých hodín elminovala všeto: svetlo, klimatizáciu, wifi. Bolo pomerne nepríjemné stráviť večer v takýchto podmienkach, no napriek tomu sa k tomu ráno nikto ani len nevyjadril, nie to ešte ospravedlnil, či ponúkol kompenzáciu.
Hotel è pulito e confortevole. Complimenti al personale, tutti molto gentili e disponibili.
