Pros:

Camera un po' piccola ma ristrutturata con letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Doppi cuscini. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulitissimi. Bagno pulito e accessoriato. Bollitore e macchina del caffe'. Ottimo WIFI. Gestore gentilissimo anche per deposito bagaglio. A pochi passi dalla stazione Termini, comodo a tutto. Considerata la zona buon rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

Cons:

Solo scale. No ascensore.

Pros:

Znakomita lokalizacja, pokoje z wygodnym łóżkiem, szafą, stolikiem i łazienką. Bardzo miła obsługa - Pan przechował nasze bagaże po wykwaterowaniu. Było tu wszystko, czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy city break. Lokalizacja - idealna. Blisko dworzec, stacja metra i atrakcje.

Ótimo custo benefício, bem perto da estação principal, limpeza diária nos quartos é bom atendimento

Cons:

O ralo do chuveiro empoçava um pouco e o dormitório tinha um cheiro desagradável, deixamos a janela aberta durante o dia e o problema se resolveu

В пешей доступности от вокзала, куда приходят автобусы из аэропортов. И оттуда же можно уехать ко всем достопримечательностям.

La ubicacion es buena, a 5 minutos andando de la estacion de Termini, y a 20 minutos andando de la Fontana. Alejado del centro, pero bien.

Cons:

La habitacion era muy pequeña, el primer dia no funciono el agua caliente, el resto de dias, funcionaba pero el agua era templada, por lo que ducharse resultaba poco agradable. Además dentro del wc no habia radiador, ni estufa, hacia frio.

Pros:

Overall, I was most satisfied. The room was comfortable and well equipped and nearby to the train station. I was pleasantly surprised by the room being equipped with a hot drinks machinery, which effectively replaced the missing breakfast option.

Cons:

There were just few minor things regarding the accomodation: only 1 chair and almost nonexistent table in a 2-person room. In the courtyard, there was an unpleasant smell from the waste containers.
However, I strongly dislike the Italian habit of asking the city fee divided from the rest of payment. It is a kind of tax (a tourist tax) and no ine is asking e.g. the VAT to be paid specially. Furthermore, this hotel asked the Roman high 20-euro city tax to be paid in cash. I disike this doubly and I believe the Italians should fundamentally change their laws and habits regarding the city fees.
