Pros:

The rooms it self are nice, big enough. Bathroom also nice, with shampoo and conditioner. But that is probably it. They have tennis courts wirh rackets and balls for no charge which is great. Although the rackets and balls need replacement. We were happy that we got to store our luggage before we left that part of island

Cons:

We only experienced 1 nice staff member which was not really great. No one was smiling or talking to us. It was just few words like no one cared- and I think it is important to be talkative when you work in hotel, especially reception. Only on our day of departure waas the reception staff kind and also fun. The cleaning lady wanted to come to clean the room at 9am which for me is crazy- knocked and went in almost imidiately which really rude. Breakfast was just terrible, nothing good, fruits not good, selection it self not good. Looks like there is so much to choose from but there is really not enough for 4 star hotel. Pool are looks good, pool itself warm but opening hours from 11am till 6pm are ridiculous. The hotel it self- floor numbering? What is that. It took us 5 minutes to get to our room through 2 elevators and 2 long halls. Air conditioning in the room? Lowest temperature was 22 degrees Celsius when it was 23 degrees Celsius, we were told that they are trying to safe energy when we called reception the first night. And then the morning of our check out we went to play tennis at 10am and at that time they told us if someone can go in the room to check it (they said we had do not disturb sign on our door the whole time, which is true but we especially told them that they can enter the day after but we do not need cleaning so we will keep the sign on our door), maybe we did not underestand each other but it was just ridiculously hot in the room. And lastly, the hotel is on top of a hill, we did not mind that much because we work out a lot but it was annoying, so just be ready. Would not stay again, especially for the price.

Amazing hotel gorgeous views
Pros:

Very clean and staff were very help ful and friendly

Cons:

It’s a bit too far up the hill and isn’t ideal if your not pretty fit not the hotels fault but god walkers on the back path allowing them to foul everywhere

Incredible food, programs and staff.
Pros:

I really liked our room facing the ocean. The food was delucious and diverse. My favorite club gave us extra access to food and drinks in the afternoon. The staff was always so nice. I am really glad that we choose AluaSoul for our babymoon. 😊

La habitación muy amplia y con una salita distinta del dormitorio muy limpio

Cons:

Las ventanas no estanan bien aisladas y se escuchaba el ruido de coches que pasaban por la calle, por lo que estar en la terraza no era agradable.

Otra cosa que ocurrió es que la recepción estaba en el piso 7 y no ponía nada en el ascensor y yo no me debí enterar cuando lo dijeron, y como no aparecía el cero en el ascensor tuve bastantes problemas para salir del edificio varias veces.....no entendía que tuviera que ir al piso 4 para salir por el 1 a la calle
Deberían tener esa información en el ascensor y en otros lugares o que quien te recibe lo recalque más...pues no nos enteramos ..hasta que ya nos despedimos

Me gustó mucho sus vistas y su personal todos muy amables y no puedo no nombrar las habitaciones estaba muy bonitas.

Cons:

Le falto un poco mas de limpieza y aparte la comida la verdad que pésima... viene uno mas delgado que fue jajaja y poca poca variedad y después d todo unos de los dias que estuve un poco malo, me levante un poco tarde aún me quedaban 25 minutos para llegar a la cena y no me dejaron ni entrar ni coger nada porque supuestamente estaba todo ya recogido. Hay si que se pasaron demasiado. Pero bueno no nos enfademos no esta mal

Pros:

Pokoje byly krásné, velké, čisté a postel pohodlná. Jídlo na snídani taková hotelová klasika, z které si vybere snad každý, zároveň kuchař děla omelety podle chuti. Jen nám teda nesedl výběr jídel na večeři, ale to nebylo tak o chuti, spíš o preferencích.
Bazén na terase super, lehátek bylo dostatek a nikdo si lehátka “nerezervoval” ručníkem hned po ránu. Žádné děti, čili naprostý klid.
Kousíček od hotelu pod kopcem krasná pláž a nedaleko do centra, kde je plno restaurací, barů a turistických krámků.
Personál pomohl s každým dotazem, ale kdyby bylo na check-inu řečeno víc, ušetřilo by nám to právě ty otázky.
Můžeme doporučit.
