The service was excellent. All staff were willing to help with directions, reservations, information. Enjoyable European-style hotel. Breakfast was a wide selection of fresh foods, prepared eggs and meat, and bakery items.

Cons:

There were tiny ants on the floor. Since this can happen at home, it is an understandable event in a historic building.

Cogimos una habitación con vistas. Al llegar nos comunican que hay una malla por obras que impide las vistas, pero nos piden disculpas y lo compensan incluyéndonos el desayuno. Punto positivo

Great hotel in Granada
Pros:

I've stayed in this hotel for over a decade now. And I can recommend it highly as a good quiet friendly hotel to stay at in the middle of Granada. The staff are great, the location is great, with it being a short walk up the hill to the Alhambra. You're right around the corner from the Plaza
Nueva and a short walk to the Albizinn neighborhood.
