Muy bien. Para tenerlo en cuenta en próximas visitas a Granada.
Pros:

La habitaciónestaba muy bien, limpia y muy cómoda, y el baño muy cómodo también. En cuanto a la ubicación esta es perfecta, a la entrada del Albaizyn y muy cerca de todos los sitios.

Cons:

Tal vez uno de los ascensores necesita un poco de mantenimiento en la zona de los botones. Esto por decir alguna cosa.

Great BUT….
Pros:

The front desk was great with information and calling us a taxi when needed.
Unfortunately the room smelled of bleach when we first checked in and we had to open the doors to the balconette to air it out.
This may have messed up the AC. Whenever we left the room the AC got turned off and when we returned it failed to turn back on. Called the front desk to have it resolved once. But it happened again when we returned in the evening and we decided to simply keep the doors open.

Chic, modern in direct proximity to the Alhambra with nice, clean and quiet rooms. However, it is necessary to book the rooms of a slightly higher room category, otherwise you will get a small room with a window to the backyard. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city
Pros:

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel - so very pleased I booked here as it really added to what was a wonderful trip to Granada!! The room (very comfortable bed/bedroom with a really nicely finished bathroom), the staff, restaurant and location (80m from Plaza Nueva/500m to the Alhambra) were all absolutely fantastic - will definitely stay here again if I get the chance to return to Granada and will be recommending this place to my family and friends...absolutely amazing value!

Great location, but would not stay there again.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and location was excellent.

Cons:

The room had a comfortable queen-size bed and a twin bed. However, the shower was located in the middle of the room and enclosed with glass walls. Anyone in the room could see the person taking a shower, which made the setup very uncomfortable and awkward, especially when sharing the room with other adults. We found the design very strange and lacking in privacy.

Super hotel with great facilities including lovely outdoor seating areas.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated room, powerful hot shower, great choice of other areas in the hotel, like the outdoor terrace, to sit and read a book.

Good choice when in Granada.
Pros:

The room was clean and nicely appointed, even with the ability to make coffee or tea. There was nice quality linens and good bed comfort.

Cons:

At times you could hear noise from their outdoor restaurant on the top floor, but it settled down by 11pm.

Great location and nice place, but don't expect extra-mile service!

Cons:

The staff was not very helpful, i made a mistake and had two bookings and even though they notice they didn't tell me in advance, they made me pay 60% of the extra boooking they said it was a mom and pop hotel. I held the room and they were going to loose money, they gave me a very small room and when I complain they told me i could have a better one if i paid extra, even though I paid 60% for the extra booking I didn't use. Also, I tried to give the room to another person in my group who had a problem with her booking in another hotel, and they said they could not because that room was already taken, but they gave her another room and charged her for it. I felt the whole situation was weird and sketchy
