We were in the Suite (2 bedrooms). The toilet when flushed had a sewage smell as mentioned in other reviews. The sofa bed was so low and shaky looking we were thinking it may break. Took some pictures of it in case it did. There was also a small dot sized dried blood stain on one sheet on the side near where you could tuck it in. We were spending the day outside so did not complain as it was too much hassle to shift rooms.
Location was great though but if we ever came back I would not stay here mainly due to the cleanliness, the sewage smell in the toilet and the uncomfortable beds

La disposicion de la habitacion diria que es polemica. La ducha en el medio de la habitacion no fue lo que mas me gusto.
Location was exceptional. The hotel exceeded our expectation. Appreciated in the room the mini fridge and kettle for tea and coffee. Not typically found in hotels we have been too.
Absolutely nothing!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A modern fit-out of an historic building provides comfort while retaining some charm. We appreciated the private courtyard to escape the sun.

The bed was comfortable. First night there were a lot of bangs and movement from either reception or the wellness centre but it didn't go on all night or reoccure the other nights.

Very nice modern hotel with patio and restaurant with superb views to the Alhambra. Staff were very helpful and very pleasant.

The location is close to the Alhambra and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
This is a delightful hotel, which I have stayed in once before. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of the Alhambra, the Albaicin and the Sacromonte neighbourhood. The design of the hotel is of a high standard and finish, modern, clean and with comfortable rooms, terraces and restaurant. We were on the ground floor next to the lift but never heard a thing once in the room.
What made the hotel even more special was the staff. They were exceptional, especially on reception; warm, friendly, helpful, efficient. A great team, overall who made us feel very welcome.
Great value for money, too. All in all, a hotel to recommend highly.
