Hôtel à proximité du centre historique. Chambres bien conçues et très propres. La literie est exceptionnelle !

Emplacement, chambre confortable et propre.

Cons:

Le service au petit déjeuner qui était inclus laisse à désirer. Si tu ne parles pas la langue on ne te traite pas bien et on ne vient pas te voir tout de suite. Ce qu’on a pas aimé aussi c’est que le restaurant est ouvert aux autre clients au petit déjeuner et ils donnent la priorité aux clients plutôt que les résidents de l’hôtel.

negative Kritik, die uns fast schon leid tut
Pros:

Die Chefin hat auf unsere Unzufriedenheit sehr professionell und zuvorkommend reagiert. Das verdient wirklich ein dickes Lob und wir sind sehr dankbar dafür.
Daher tut es uns eigentlich sehr leid, dass wir dieses Hotel so negativ bewerten.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist klitzeklein. Wir sind beide schlank und beweglich, aber wir konnten nicht herausfinden, wie man am besten in die Duche hinein- und wieder hinauskommt.
Da die Räume so klein waren, hatte die Putzfrau natürlich auch keine Chance, die Ecken richtig zu putzen - wie sollte sie da auch rankommen? Das galt insbesondere für die Dusche. Die dortigen Flecken beschreibe ich hier lieber nicht, sonst wird meine Bewertung zensiert.
Nach Auskunft der Rezeption sind alle Zimmer gleich. Warum die anderen Bewertungen nicht darauf eingehen, verstehe ich nicht.
Auch wenn wir unsere Bewertung so negativ abgeben, so möchten wir wegen der vorbildlichen Reaktion der Chefin jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass außer uns alle anderen Gäste wohl sehr zufrieden gewesen sind. Unsere Bewertung sollte daher als Ausreißer eingestuft werden. Dickere Personen sollten hier aber auf keinen Fall buchen!!!

Pros:

Hotel comodo ai servizi, in 20 minuti di passeggiata si è in centro e con i mezzi ancora meno. Personale gentile. Stanza pulita e di giuste dimensioni. Ristorante ottimo.

Cuscini leggermente scomodi ma nulla di che !
