Great location with excellent views over the lake, friendly staff top quality food in the restaurant

Cons:

No hotel bar/lounge. We did sit outside by the lake with stunning views on comfortable chairs and waiter brought us our drinks. However we also had a storm and there was nowhere inside the hotel to sit and relax in a lounge area which is a shame.

Soggiorno romantico
Pros:

Albergo ristrutturato e rimodernato qualche anno fa in centro all'isola con affaccio sulle strette calli tra le abitazioni e vista lago verso nord-est (Verbania, isola madre e Laveno Mombello).
È sempre in piacere soggiornare qui (è la quarta volta che veniamo).

Cons:

Purtroppo, anche se ristrutturato, rimodernato e con ampie toilettes, nelle camere in abbiamo soggiornato mancava sempre il frigo bar, che d'estate è praticamente necessario.
Speriamo che questa volta ascoltate il suggerimento visto che lo avevo già segnalato.

Pros:

Näkymät parvekkeelta kauniit, siisti huone. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotelli on hyvällä sijainnilla saaressa. Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä.

Hotellissa järjestetään häitä, mikä voi näköjään aiheuttaa meteliä muillekin asukkaille.

Pros:

Albergo molto curato nei dettagli.
Personale cordiale e attento a ogni richiesta; anche la cena al ristorante è stata una bella sorpresa , piatti deliziosi e servizio impeccabile .

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympa ! Le restaurant est très bon également avec un service au top, la chambre est grande et propre et rénovée avec climatisation et grande douche à l’italienne ! Lit tes confortables . Petit déjeuner est au top !
Je recommande à 100%

Cons:

Peut être avoir des coussins un peut peut plus fermes ou en avoir en plus si jamais dans l’armoire de la chambre. (Un peut trop mou pour moi)

Pros:

Tutto! Ho prenotato la camera matrimoniale balcone e vista lago (già stato altre volte e molto bella) e mi è stato offerto l’upgrade gratuito con la suite: bellissima ed ampia camera con doppia vista e terrazzi vista montagna e lago
