Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel. Rooms facing the Ayer are perfection. If you can get a terrace, even better. We will be staying here again.

Pros:

Our room size was great but our view was into the side of a building. A lake view would be worth the extra charge. We loved the views by the lake for cocktails and meals. The food was very good and the staff very friendly. We would definitely stay there again. The island is small, quaint and very charming. A short public ferry ride to Stresa.

Très belle expérience dans ce charmant hôtel avec son cadre relaxant. La chambre avec vue sur le lac est très appréciable, le personnel est accueillant, disponible et serviable. La salle de restauration avec vue sur le lac est également très appréciable et les plats qui y sont servis sont bien présentés et savoureux. Je recommande à quiconque souhaitant se déconnecter temporairement.

Pros:

Tolle Lage auf der Insel Superiore. Terrassen und Restaurant mit herrlichem Ausblick. Innenausstattung hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommend es Personal. Gutes Essen im Restaurant.
Tolle Hilfe bei der Organisation von nächtlichen Taxi Booten.

Cons:

Die Qualität der Produkte beim Frühstück sollte gemessen am gesamten Niveau des Hauses besser sein (Rührei, Müsli, Obst, Säfte..)
Die vielen Spatzen beim Frühstück an der Terrasse sind sehr penetrant, aber das ist für das Hotel natürlich schwierig in den Griff zu kriegen. Es ist hilfreich zu wissen, dass Abends alle Restaurants der Insel geschlossen haben (Anfang Juni)

L’accoglienza del direttore pessima sia all’arrivo ,dove appena arrivati mentre guardavamo la struttura ci è stato detto che non potevamo sostare per un matrimonio , che al check out nemmeno degnati di un saluto

Pros:

Locatie is prachtig en heel romantisch. Wij hadden kamer met supergroot balkon/terras

Cons:

Ontbijt , als je een gekookt ei wou moest je daar€ 8,50 voor betalen.
Alles om 21.00 gesloten.

Interessantes und schönes Hotel. Empfehlenswert und besonders ist es auch wegen der Insellage.
Pros:

Hotel, Zimmer, Restaurant sind sehr schön und in gutem Zustand. Toll ist die Restaurant-Terrasse und der Außenbereich für das Frühstück. Essen im Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Tolle Karte. Gute Weine. Guter Service.

Cons:

Das oben gesagte trifft für das Frühstück leider nicht zu. Die Auswahl ist sehr mager, viel Verpacktes. Rührei kommt aus dem Tetrapack und war kalt. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich ist leider nicht so professionell, wie das Personal im Restaurant.
