Alles! Kunst und Kulinarik! Ein wirklich tolles Hotel!

The old charm
Too many people in the hamam at one time
Alt i flotte omgivelser
Breakfast was great. There is a difference between pets being allowed and pets being welcome, this was the latter of the two.
Beautiful location and facilities
not much i only stayed one night but i will be back for easter
We stayed here two nights and the most memorable moments were in the Restaurant and when we were hiking in the vicinity. The area is truly sensational for outdoors and mountaineering. The restaurant and the bar menu is very very good and they serve delicious seasonal food. Even if you are hiking by or staying somewhere else in Zuoz, I would recommend eating there.
The room was an enormous let down. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were very old and flat. The lighting situation could be more simple. Every time one had to go to the bathroom at night, you have to switch on the main light. Despite being aware of the high end customers it is attracting, we felt like our room was the smallest one tucked away in the corner with very minimal amenities. It felt like the same care was not shown. Do not get me wrong, the hotel itself is beautiful and I am sure 99% of the rooms are also wonderful to stay in but ours "Standard" felt like a makeshift box just to get in more customers to stay in. My recommendation would be to get an upgrade from the "Standard" room so that you truly experience the hotel.
Stayed here about 15 years ago, but in winter. Loved it, so decided to come back in summer. Temperatures were nice, food (breakfast and dinner) were amazing and staff was very kind. Outdoor areas are cozy too.
The rooms are small and very basic. No water in the room, but glasses & cups. We were told to get water from the bathroom. A reusable water bottle already filled with said water would have been nice and expected in that price range. No phone register how to call e.g. reception (its 999 if I remember correctly, which is not standard). No privacy on balcony, only separated by a chain from the neighboring balconies.
