Dette er for dårlig. Tre stjerner er lavt, men fortjener ikke mer enn to. Frokosten var helt middels.

Cons:

Feil på kran i dusjen og bare glovarmt vann. Slitt rom. Rommet var ikke ferdig vasket da jeg sjekket inn.

Pros:

I like the location, very much central, close to cafe Skansen (oldest restaurant in Oslo). Since we leave very early morning the hotel, the staff prepared delicious take away breakfast for our journey, very much appreciated. Friendly staff! I like also Nordic soap at bathroom 😀

Comfortable stay, decent size room, easy access to scenic attractions and main street
Pros:

- nice buffet breakfast

- swift check in and check out. Read some reviews they asked for damage deposit? Not the case for us

- nice room, large bed size, liked the floor heating in bathroom, soundproof quite well done

- close to main street karl johan gate and a few restaurants around (on the day of arrival we had a japanese/thai restaurant just two mins walk from hotel, opened till 10pm, was a gem)

- convenience store just opposite the hotel, opened till midnight

- 10mins walk to akershus fortress

- public bathroom on reception floor, good for those staying in 3-4 people room

- tablet to book taxi yourself at reception, convenient

Cons:

- bathroom relatively small and its hard not to get the floor wet after shower

- takes around 15mins at least to walk from central train station when one has luggage. So location may not be the best

- when housekeeping starts, the corridor was a bit messy, electric cords for vacuum machines can be a trip hazard

- quite challenging to optimise and maintain water temperature (both sink and shower)

- wifi seems a bit unreliable, some phones connect easily, others unable to get to the logon page

Veldig liten og dårlig frokost - lite utvalg og det sto for eksempel fersk frukt men det var fryst frukt.. det manglet vin glass på rommet, måtte koke tevann på gulv stikk kontakt da det ikke var noe med skrivepulten. Ingen hotell tøfler/morgenkåpe. Veldig lite dusjsåpe igjen (måtte åpne flasken og riste ut siste skvett). Bare 1 pute til hver seng. Generelt alle de tingene som gjør hotell opplevelse fint, koselig og litt ekstra - mangler på dette hotellet.

Hyggeleg personale, men uheldig opphald
Pros:

Personalet var hyggeleg og behjelpeleg. Hotellet låg også sentralt til:)

Cons:

Hotellrommet var trist og nedslitt. Deler av gulvet mangla plank, og det var hol i veggane. Fann også hår i badekaret, generelt dårleg reinslegheit. Hotellfrokosten var heller ikkje fantastisk, med lite utval, tørt brød og grønt egg.

Helt ok for en enkel overnatting der du ikke trenger noe mer.
Pros:

Hyggelig lite loftsrom med stor takterrasse. God seng. Gammelt og sjarmerende. Rent, men slitt. Hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Hadde bestilt glutenfritt til frokost, men det var tydelig at frokostbuffeen ikke var tilrettelagt for allergier. Knekkebrød stod sammen med det vanlige brødet. Vanlige kjeks lå på samme brett som osten, for å gi et eksempel. Jeg fikk enkeltpakkede rundstykker på forespørsel til kjøkkenet, og de var helt ok. Men ingen utvalg. Det var heller ingen juice eller melk tilgjengelig, kun vann og kaffe/te.
