-Upon arrival there was a huge fly in the room, we caught it and released it outside but the next day there was another one :(
-Very poor ventilation in the bathroom
-Glass shower partition doesn't close all the way so a lot of water spills out, there was mold in the carpet outside
-Bathroom door has a lot of transparent sections, pretty awkward
-Bedroom in general felt a bit grimy
-Staff left a birthday card on breakfast table which was very sweet of them but when I left to get a second plate, the cleaning staff immediately threw it away haha
-Parking is very expensive
-Too expensive for all the cleanliness issues, not worth the price imo

Regulation 1169/2011/EU requires all accommodation providers and hotels to be 15 YEARS OLD. Anyone with a food allergy or sensitivity should prepare for the worst. There is no indication of anything. No inscription, no pictogram!!! Obviously it is not necessary for apple juice and grated carrots, but on a small sausage, a virslin, a small fried potato patty it is important, because all of them can contain milk powder and typically do. This was outrageous!
A 1169/2011/EU rendelet minden szállásadóra, hotelre nézve kötelező 15 ÉVE. Akinek ételallergiája, vagy érzékenysége van, készüljön a legrosszabbra. Semmin sincs semmilyen jelzés. Se felirat, se piktogram!!! Nyilván az almalére, és a reszelt répára nem szükséges, de egy kis kolbászon, egy virslin, egy kis rántott krumpli pogácsán már fontos, mert mindegyikben lehet tejpor és jellemzően van is bennük. Ez felháborító volt!
Wonderful location literally stone throw from the lake. Breakfast was wonderful everything you could wish for. The reason I think this hotel is a let down is the service. The reception staff do not seem to want to be working here and are not very helpful or attentive. When we asked them anything it was as if we were getting ion their way and I have not come across this in a hotel before. Also hardly anyone dines here for dinner with such a beautiful setting I would maybe rethink the dinner menu and price so more guests enjoy dinner at the hotel. This hotel is lovely but they need to improve their reception staff and guest services.

As a property owner and manager of 30 properties, definitely this hotel is pricey and not worthy for it. I know what box room means but for the price we paid this is ridiculous. Breakfast wasn’t tasteful, I can say there wasn’t given love enough to be made delicious and presentable. No labels on each product and what contains.
