Hotel and its staaf very good. The Beestro staff disaapointing.
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was very good overall in terms of the room, breakfast, and facilities.
The reception staff and breakfast team were kind, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety.
The pool and jacuzzi were excellent, and the room was spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel’s bistro (beestro) was extremely disappointing.
We were treated in a rude and unprofessional manner, and it was very clear that one of the staff members was annoyed by the presence of our child. He kept giving our child uncomfortable and inappropriate looks, which is completely unacceptable behavior in any place, let alone a hotel.
This attitude made us feel unwelcome, as if our presence was not desired, and we left immediately without even ordering, despite only entering to look at the menu.
It is unreasonable for guests to be treated this way simply because they are accompanied by a child.
We sincerely hope that hotel management takes this issue seriously and reviews the conduct of the bistro staff, as such behavior reflects very poorly on the hotel and is entirely inconsistent with the basic principles of hospitality and respect.

Pros:

Izvrstan hotel, odlična lokacija s pogledom na jezero- lijepa,cista soba i usluzno osoblje. Bazen je dobre veličine, čist i uredan. Posebna pohvala za hranu - dorucak je bogati svedski stol, ali vecera u hotelskom restoranu nas je odusevila. Vratit cemo se ponovno u ljetnim mjesecima :)

Boravak je bio ugodan bez obzira na ove male primjedbe koje nisu umanjile ukupan doživljaj.

Ponuda namirnica za doručak odlična. Ugodna atmosfera. Osoblje vrlo uslužno. Lokacija super.

Cons:

Veličina lifta bi mogla biti malo veća ili da ima barem još jedan. Ograničena privatnost u sobi s obzirom na staklena
prozirna vrata kupaonice odnosno toaleta.
