Great hotel and located close to the train station. Staff is super supportive. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable.
Location near amazing Gare des Guillemins.
Room was small but with pretty modern design & good view from the 3rd floor window (room 330)
Shower cabin was comfortable, water was hot.
Curtains were dark enough.
Wi-Fi was stable & fast.
Personnel were polite & helpful 👍🏻
P.S. The hotel is held by Indians, they even have Indian restaurant on the basic floor.
Bed's mattress was too flexible for me.
Breakfast had totally no vegetables & fruits 😳.
The wash basin was clogged.
The toilet is placed too close to the wall, very cramped.
The sconce above the table did not have a light bulb.
I missed mini-fridge, it could be a good option to add ☝🏻
Dicht bij het station en een prima bed. Ondanks dat het midden in het centrum is komt er weinig geluid de kamer in, van buiten in ieder geval. Binnen komt er wel wat geluid door.
De "regendouche" druppelde ook al gebruikte ik die niet en ik vond de dispenser ook niet heel prettig werken.
La posizione accanto alla stazione centrale lo rende comodissimo specie se si arriva in treno o in bus e si hanno bagagli pesanti o di cui ci si vuol liberare subito. L'albergo è sobrio e funzionale, non ha nulla di eclatante ma tutto funziona bene. Non ha un ristorante interno ma è convenzionato con un ristorante indiano costruito in continuità con la struttura. Ci ho mangiato ed era buono. La camera era piccola ma aveva tutto ciò che serviva. Era molto calda ma per fortuna c'era il condizionatore d'aria, cosa non scontata in Belgio.
Di prima mattina è scattato per errore un allarme sul mio piano che è andato avanti a suonare per un bel po', poi smetteva e riprendeva. Fortunatamente è successo solo un giorno. L'ultimo giorno ho visto aggirarsi per il corridoio un individuo losco, non sembrava un ospite dell'hotel ma piuttosto un "ubriacone da stazione" che gironzolava a caso per l'edificio. Potrei sbagliarmi comunque!

The hotel itself was fine.
The actual town was very rough, felt nervous about going outside the hotel in the evening and parking the car. Was warned by people in petrol station and shop to not leave your car anywhere or talk to anyone. Left us feeling very uneasy.
