Excellent location. Good quality room. Uncomfortable mattress.
Pros:

Excellent location - very easy to access from station and can be seen from arriving train. Rooms are furnished to a good standard and are much better than the outside view of the hotel implies. Walk to Cathedral/centre takes around 20 minutes and is an easy walk. Rooms are soundproofed very well and there is almost no noise from outside even being so close to station.

Cons:

Mattress was very uncomfortable. There was a huge dip in the centre of the mattress which meant it was impossible not to roll towards the centre of the bed. Any more than 2 nights would have been very difficult and I would have had to ask to move. When we left to get our train, I asked the hotel to refill my water bottle. Unfortunately they wouldn't do this. Maybe refilling water bottles isn't something that is done in Belgium, but I found it disappointing that they refused to do this.

Heerlijk verblijf in een gezellige authentieke stad.
Pros:

Zeer nette en verzorgde kamer. Geen lawaai, ramen dicht was geruisloos stil in de kamer. Leuke ligging dicht bij het station, restaurants, bakkerijen, tram, metro en bus. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het bed was iets minder, rolde beetje naar het midden van het bed, maar soit.

Pros:

Je n'ai rien aimé j'ai réservé une chambre un lit deux places c'était un lit séparé j'ai payé le prix d'un lit deux places !!! La belle arnaque, les douches ne possèdent pas de shampoing !! Les lits ne sont pas conformes à la description

Le personnel ne parle pas le français.

Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placée a 3 mins de la gare.

Très belle chambre.

Cons:

Par contre, manque les kleenex dans les boîtes.Pas de bouilloire électrique.

Все було чудово, обов'язково ще повернемося
Pros:

Дуже зручне розташування готелю, десь в одній хвилині ходьби від вокзалу. В готелі є ресторан, також поряд багато ресторанів, кафе, є супермаркети. Якість сніданку в готелі оцінити не можу, так як ми там не снідали
