Schön und gemütlich in Bahnhofsnähe
Pros:

prima vom Bahnhof erreichbar, Check-In lief super, der Aufzug ist hervorragend, Zimmer und frühstück waren ganz gut, zum frühstück gab es sogar frisch gebrühten Kaffee. Auch das Personal war super freundlich.

Definitely glad we booked
Pros:

The location. We wanted to be near the train station and couldn't have picked anywhere better for this. We had a corner room with plenty of space and the room was spotlessly clean. Good pillows, comfortable bed and good heating which was important for December. Complimentary tea and coffee. Plenty of space in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and check in/out was quick and easy. The hotel had shops nearby and only around a 20 minute walk to get to Deutsches Eck and the Cable Car which was where we wanted to be.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like, we wish we had the time to use the restaurant/bar. Next time!!!

Pros:

Das Restaurant war direkt im Hotel. Man konnte bis spät abends um 21 Uhr essen, und ab 21 Uhr war die Bar geöffnet. Das Hotel hat einen Fahrstuhl. Vor allem 100 Meter entfernt ist der Hauptbahnhof. Top.

Cons:

Laut Aushang bietet das Restaurant warme Küche bis 21:30 Uhr an. Aber an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass man nur bis 21 Uhr bestellen kann. Ich finde, das sollte man dann ranschreiben. Als Gast von außerhalb weiß man das natürlich nicht.

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Essen war gut, besonders das 5 Gang Menü zu Silvester.
Die Lage des Hotel ist gut und vom Hauptbahnhof 5 min Fußweg erreichbar. Der Zentrale Bushof ist auch
in 5 Min erreichbar.

Cons:

Für 2 Nächte kann ich nichts negatives berichten. Kaffee wird in Thermoskannen zum Frühstück gereicht.
Der Kaffee schmeckte etwas laff.

Pros:

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel,das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück sehr reichlich und vielfältig. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und den Sehenswürdigkeiten perfekt, genauso der Busbahnhof in wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Das Hotel sehr ruhig auch nachts. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Excellent for rail travellers
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, with an excellent restaurant (try the Käsespätzle), and within very easy walking distance of the Koblenz central station.

Cons:

Since it's so convenient for the central station, it's a bit of a walk to get to the centre of Koblenz.
