This is a great choice for staying in Rome!
Pros:

The reception staff was very helpful! We loved the location for main tourist sites and for wandering into Trastavere for a few meals.

wonderful hotel but be specific to book rooms NOT under exterior appartement

secluded hotel in a very central place, excellent friendly stuff, room was great except during the night

the specific room was under an apartment not part of the hotel and there is a with wooden ceiling - noise during the whole night!

Modern Comfort with Classic Charm
Pros:

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location was excellent and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. You can even see the Argentina Ruins right across the street, and there are plenty of shops nearby.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with double doors and sound-blocking shutters that created a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The high ceilings and Roman-inspired design details gave the modern space an elegant, upscale feel.

The bathroom was well-appointed with great amenities, and the large sink was even handy for a bit of light laundry. While I would have appreciated a few hooks or a clothesline for hanging items, the closet provided plenty of storage space.

We stayed in the adjacent building, which was still very accessible and had both stairs and an elevator. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, and the reception area was warm and welcoming.

A couple of friendly notes for future guests:
- It may be worth checking that the coffee machine has been properly cleaned, as ours was not.
- Washcloths are not provided, so consider bringing your own.
- The room only had a simple chair. A comfortable sofa or chair would have been appreciated.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Excellent location but not the most comfortable stay

Excellent location, walkable to the pantheon and many top-notch restaurants; friendly staff; clean

Cons:

Room is very small, particularly the bathroom; facilities look dated; pillows are not comfortable; AC blows straight at the head area so we had to sleep backwards the whole time; average breakfast

Our second visit and would definitely return
Pros:

We first stayed here in 2020 and decided to revisit when in town for the Scotland Italy 6 nations game. A reception area and bar have been built on the ground floor since we last visited and we were met by lovely staff. I’m glad we decided to stay here again as the location is amazing - you can walk to all the main tourist spots very easily but it is set back from the street so is pretty quiet. The rooms are a great size especially for central Rome.

While hotel website says there is an elevator you have to walk up a flight of steps first to get to it. Not very transparent sharing that information and difficult for someone who has trouble with steps.

Would not recommend due to the front desk customer service being terrible!

The view from our room was nice.

Cons:

The woman at your front desk (blood red hair) was not friendly nor accommodating she should really not be in customer service. She spoke too quickly and wouldn’t answer any inquiries I had regarding our room or provide our room number. The location around the block and having to walk up steps to an elevator was not a welcome feature which I was not aware when booking the room. We had 4 other rooms booked for my family in your hotel.
