Delusione dopo tanti anni

La posizione, il comodo parcheggio.

Cons:

Frequento l’Hotel Verdemilia da circa 10 anni, quindi parlo da cliente abituale e affezionato. Proprio per questo mi dispiace dover dire che quest’anno l’esperienza mi ha deluso.
È evidente che la struttura è in fase di restyling, e questo è sicuramente un aspetto positivo per il futuro. Tuttavia, al momento si percepiscono ancora diverse criticità.
Nello specifico, mi è stata assegnata una camera senza carta igienica e con una forte puzza di fumo, cosa che considero piuttosto grave per una struttura di questo livello. Sono dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza e che non dovrebbero mai mancare, soprattutto per chi, come me, torna ogni anno.
Spero che i lavori in corso portino a un miglioramento concreto, ma ad oggi devo dire che, per la prima volta dopo tanti anni, sto seriamente valutando di cambiare hotel per il prossimo soggiorno.

Personnel très agréable, hotel bien situé avec le bus
Pros:

Les différentes personnes à l accueil toujours souriantes et serviables.
Même chose pour le reste du personnel toujours aux petits soins pour nous, aussi bien à l accueil qu au petit dejeuner. Toujours prêt à rendre service et surtout avec le sourire
