Unpleasant
Pros:

The location was good. We could catch a street car to the Central train station and all the other major places we were sightseeing.

Cons:

Didnt like the behaviour of the lady at the reception who was very rude and not very understanding , considering we had fully paid up for the 2 days stay in the Hotel from India itself. and we were senior citizens who had just travelled from Myrdal to Oslo by train. She didnt know the difference between a debit card and credit card . Further , she called her supervisor who in turn tried to threaten us over the phone that he would call the security and throw us out!What behaviour- when we had fully paid up for the rooms.
We found the room in Hotel of Micro Mini size compared to the similiar priced hotel for Scandic Bergen or Clarion Stockholm.

Bon restaurant et petit déjeuner varié.
Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Au petit déjeuner il y a une personne qui n'est pas des plus agréable, dommage de rester sur une note dissonante.

Había 1 solo enchufe en toda la habitación. Y justo no estaba en el baño, por el secador de pelo.

Un pied à terre central à Oslo
Pros:

- Emplacement
- Propreté
- Petit-déjeuner
- Demande lors du check-in de la préférence sur rue ou au calme sur cour

Cons:

- Double vitrage un peu light ce qui rend les chambres sur rue un peu bruyantes (notamment avec le passage du tram) cependant, nous avions choisi d’avoir la vue (presque) en connaissance de cause
- Le parking recommandé hors de prix alors que d’autres à 10 minutes à pied sont moitiés moins cher.

Sehr gute Lage, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer, kaum Platz für die Koffer, kein Schrank, winziges Waschbecken (ein grösseres hätte leicht Platz gehabt), keine Ablage neben dem Waschbecken.

Nice central hotel, but overpriced in my opinion
Pros:

The location is amazing - right in the city center. The possibility to use coffee machine for free in a lobby was nice bonus. Also hand soap & shower gel from Rituals very really pleasant smelling. Very comfy beds.

Cons:

The breakfast for such a price was quite poor and every day the same. The room was overall clean, but there was dust on shelves. The personnel who are non-native Norwegians, like Alejandro on reception and a waiter on breakfasts, were polite and friendly. Although, native Norwegians (like girls on reception) were not polite. They should improve their customer-service skills.

Personellet, rene rom, gode senger, god beliggenhet

Cons:

Dessverre dårlig frokosttilbud for cøliakere. Brødsmuler i nærheten av mat som kunne vært glutenfritt om bare frokostbuffeten hadde vært organisert litt annerledes.

Men alt i alt et meget fint og godt sted å bo.
Pros:

Sentralt og god frokost

Cons:

Den automatiske varmestyring av rommet. Varme som slår seg på om natten. Og kjølige rom på ettermiddagen. Kunden burde ha mulighet til å bestemme rommet temperatur den tiden man bor på værelset
