De upgrade naar een junior suite

Cons:

Het ontbijt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding stond niet centraal. Bv het roerei lag in een bain marie ipv het vers te bakken. De zalm was ook niet echt lekker. Weinig variatie.

Het restaurant was zeer prijzig: We hebben wel lekker gegeten, maar de verfijning was er niet.

Voor zo'n kamer mag er wel mogelijkheid zijn voor koffie of thee op de kamer.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel welches wir wieder buchen würden.
Pros:

Atmosphäre, Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstück

Cons:

- Einstieg in die Whirlpool zum duschen ist ein bisschen beschwerlich
- Matratzen sind sehr hart (ist aber eine sehr persönliche Meinung)

Super ! Mais super mal reçus!
Pros:

L'emplacement dans la ville, le confort, le style, le charme, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel (un must !)

Cons:

L'accueil ! Le pire accueil possible !!! Inimaginable et indigne d'un tel hôtel !

A l'arrivée (vers 20h) je me suis garé sur une place réservée aux clients juste devant l'hôtel ( une sorte d'arrêt minute permettant de déposer les bagages).
Le veilleur est sorti très énervé en me demandant de stationner ailleurs où il allait appeler la Polizei
Je lui ai demandé comment déposer les valises dans ce cas et après lui avoir expliqué, en anglais, que j'avais réservé une chambre et une place de parking, l'employé s'est calmé.
Je lui ai bien dit que c'était le pire accueil que j'avais jamais eu mais il ne s'est jamais excusé.

Je tiens à signaler que mon véhicule était en parfait état mais il avait des plaques françaises...et que les incivilités de certains français peuvent avoir tendance à exaspérer les habitants des villes frontalières.

Это прекрасный отель, в котором идеально буквально всё. Персонал очень внимательный, вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, всё свежее и качественное. Номера комфортные, просторные и продуманные до мелочей приятно находиться и отдыхать. Атмосфера в отеле уютная и располагающая. Чистота на самом высоком уровне, всё безупречно ухожено. Действительно очень крутой отель, в который хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Однозначно рекомендую!
