Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel qui parlait français.
Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Hôtel mal insonorisé tant côté rue sur laquelle notre chambre donnait qu’à l'intérieur. Pas d'isolation entre la chambre et le couloir.
L'alèse plastifiée était très désagréable.

Magnifique!
Pros:

Tout! L'établissement, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel. Emplacement idéal, et en plus on a été surclassé! Une suite très jolie!

Kleines, feines Haus Das ganze Hotel im Thema "Der Kleine Prinz" (ohne aufdringlich zu sein). Tolles Personal an der Rezeption (nicht nur dort), sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Individuell gestaltete, sehr schöne Zimmer. Wir wurden eine Zimmerkategorie upgegradet und hatten so ein sehr großes Zimmer und sogar einen Balkon :). Parkplatz beim Schwesterhotel "Belle Epoche", 2 Min. Fußweg. Ausladen direkt vor dem Eingang möglich. Hilfe mit dem Gepäck würde gleich angeboten.
Lage: super zu erreichen, sehr ruhig (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Wohnstraße, perfekt und nah zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten). Kurpark in unmittelbarer Nähe. Therme ca. 12 Min. Fußweg.
Sehr gutes Hotelrestaurant. Wir haben toll gespeist und hatten sehr schöne Weine zu unserem Menü. Auch hier ist der Service lobend zu erwähnen. Auch Fragen an die Küche wurden beantwortet :)

Cons:

Der "Ochsen" - Gang im 5-Gang-Menü war gar nicht meins (das ist aber Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau). Sonst war wirklich alles topp.

Cons:

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Wie bei einem älteren Gebäude in der Innenstadt zu erwarten gab es keinen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel und es war etwas hakelig mit den Koffern vor die Rezeption und dann in den Fahrstuhl zu kommen. Ich schreibe das nur, um die 9 von 10 Punkten zu erklären, alles andere war eine 10. Tolles Hotel, Superservice auch im Restaurant .

Nur gute Erinnerungen an Hotel und Stadt
Pros:

Sehr großzügige Zimmer, tolle Lage zu Parks und Innenstad, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Kleinigkeiten zum Mittagstisch sehr sehr lecker.

Definitely worth staying for a short vacation

Excellent service, beautiful room.
Gluten free aware. Provided a variety of GF pastries during breakfast

Cons:

AC wasn’t that effective. The staff immediately provided an additional ventilator when we asked. Beds could be a bit more comfortable

Sehr schönes Hotel, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, Ambiente stimmig, tolle Lage, ruhig, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Cons:

Nicht gefallen wäre übertrieben... Einzig, dass das Klimagerät nicht die erhoffte Wirkung hatte, denn es war sehr warm im DG-Zimmer, wer also ein kühleres Zimmer braucht, sollte bei einer Buchung im Sommer nach einem Zimmer in den unteren Etagen fragen.
