Pros:

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und es gab jeden Tag frische Bananen zum mitnehmen. Die Lage ist super central und Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Appartement hat eine angenehme Größe.

Pros:

Top sauber und fast mitten im Zentrum!!!
Wir waren 8 Nächte hier. In der Zeit wurden 2 mal die Handtücher gewechselt und einmal das Zimmer gereinigt und die Betten neu überzogen.
Das ganze Haus ist tip top sauber und sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Betten sind super bequem.

es war sauber

Cons:

preis- leistung, für das was die unterkunft bietet komplett überteuert!- es bei weitem günstigere unterkünfte auf la palma die deutlich mehr zu bieten haben, auch der herr welcher für das check-in und out zuständig war, war alles andere als freundlich

Alojamiento amplio en un entorno local
Pros:

La habitación fue muy amplia y limpia. Los colchones fueron de muy buena calidad. La cocina estuvo bien equipada y fue más que suficiente para una estancia cómoda.

Cons:

La ubicación está en un barrio normal, por lo que la vida cotidiana empieza bastante temprano y esto se escucha.

Pros:

Das Appartement ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Man kommt gut ohne Auto zurecht. Alle Geschäfte und Kulturellen Einrichtungen zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Dachterasse ist sehr schön. Die Küche enthält alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Personal ist super freundlich und schnell über Whatsapp erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad ist nett zum abkühlen nach dem Wandern, aber zu klein zum Schwimmen. Die zentrale Lage bringt auch etwas Verkehrslärm mit sich, die Autos fahren durch die Gasse direkt unter drm Balkon vorbei, uns hat das aber nicht gestört, die Nächte sind ruhig.

Cons:

El precio del alojamiento me resultó elevado para un fin de semana. Casi 100€ por persona y día y el alojamiento no ofrece nada más que el apartamento.
