Pros:

Great hotel,food is very good,the stuff is very nice and polite..the total experience was 4/5,...why 4/5???just becaouse the hotel has a spa/pool,but if you have a childrens under 16 years old,they are not allowed to the spa area-pool...this was a total minus,but this is not the reason i would not recomend this hotel.
Also when making reservation,there was no note about children not aloweed to the spa/pool.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν τετρακλινο και είναι πολύ άνετο και καθαρο

Cons:

To πρωινό δεν ταιριάζει με τίποτα σε 4 αστερο ξενοδοχείο.
Πολύ κακό ψωμί. Σχεδόν ποτέ φρέσκο.
Τα κρουασάν πολύ κακης ποιότητας.
Σχεδόν καθόλου ποικιλία με τυριά
Χυμοί συσκευασμένοι uht.
Η χειρότερη εμπειρία πρωινού

Επίσης στο σαλόνι του ξενοδοχείου δεν μας άφησαν να έχουμε χυμό αγορασμενο από το σούπερ μάρκετ για τα παιδιά

Η πισίνα παρόλο που ξέραμε ότι είναι με χρέωση, €30 την ώρα την θεωρήσαμε ιδιαίτερα ακριβή. Και το χειρότερο ήταν που δεν είναι διαθέσιμη για τα παιδιά, μας

Behind the walls … pure relaxation - beautiful setting
Pros:

The outside of the hotel does not show the amazing grounds with lots of nooks to sit and relax and admire the gorgeous surroundings

Lovely restaurant settings , bar and helpful reception
The hotel is a great size , so you can feel you have space to relax
Lovely pool and pool bar

Wonderful and comfortable stay, with great service.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, period. While it is not located in the heart of Alberobello, sometimes it is nice to be able to disconnect from it all and simply rest. The hotel is huge, with lots of wonderful rooms and great service. Their restaurant and breakfast are really good. Well worth it.
