schönes Hotel mit großem Manko beim Frühstück
Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge. Eigentlich war alles bestens – bis auf das Frühstücksbuffet. Das war leider eine einzige Katastrophe. Die Qualität von Wurst, Käse und den Süßwaren passte überhaupt nicht zum sonstigen Standard des Hotels. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Für alles andere gibt es aber einen Daumen nach oben!

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet. Das war leider eine einzige Katastrophe.

Ottima location peccato per una pessima colazione.
Pros:

In mezzo al verde. A mezz ora da noci e martina franca. 7 minuti da Alberobello.

Cons:

La colazione. Struttura con grossi gruppi di turisti. I vassoi non erano ripristinati. Uova strapazzate troppo cotte. Personale poco attento e presente.

Good Hotel, Misleading Pool Expectations
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is well maintained and offers a pleasant stay overall.

Cons:

The main issue was the swimming pools. The outdoor pool was closed during our stay in May, and the indoor pool was only accessible through the spa for an additional fee. This was disappointing, as the property's description places considerable emphasis on the pool facilities, including references to enjoying drinks by the pool.

We understand that seasonal closures may apply, but clearer information regarding pool availability and access restrictions would have been helpful when making the reservation.

Overall, a comfortable stay, but guests choosing the hotel because of its pool facilities may wish to verify availability in advance.

1st stop on our tour
Pros:

Arrived late on a Friday, due to flight delay, we were whisked into the dinning room for dinner, which was a set menu. It was most enjoyable. The dinning room is huge as they cater for large parties. Ours numbered 41. Afterwards we were given our keys. Luggage was already at our rooms a bonus. There was problems with the hot water that night and the next morning, slight improvement by our second night. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum, however we didn't go hungry. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable.
Overall a good stay just let down a little by the hit water issue, which tgey fixed and the breakfast.
