L’hôtel est atypique, plein de charme et très joli. Il est également très propre et bien entretenu. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, très agréable, ainsi que pour le personnel d’accueil, chaleureux, disponible et attentionné

Pros:

Location was perfect and ideally close to all attractions and activities. Service and hotel staff were excellent and really cater to our needs. The room was a typical Venetian style which gave it character. There are a lot of fantastic traditional restaurants close by too. 5 stars.

Geweldige plek
Pros:

Geweldige kamer, twee nachten geslapen boven de hoofdingang van het hotel. Het is klassiek en sfeervol ingericht, veel karakter (wel oud), heerlijk bed en goede airco die het heerlijk koel maakt. 20 seconden lopen naar de Vaporette.

Cons:

Niks - het is wat klein en huiselijk, als je dat niet fijn vind kan dat je tegen vallen!

Good hotel overall, but I didn't like being in the building at the back
Pros:

This is a nice hotel with a good breakfast. However, I didn't love the fact that we were put in the building behind the main building without being told in advance about it. You have to go through a heavy metal gate over a little bridge and then open the door to the other building and go up a major staircase. Ask for help carrying your suitcase(s) both when you arrive and when you leave. The room we had at the corner had a great, recently renovated bathroom. The room itself was elegant with very old green fabric on the walls and an old floor, but it was also clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I would've preferred to be in the main building. The staircase (and the fact you have to unlock a door at the entrance and at the top of the staircase as well) created some stress for us. Hold the railing! If you only want to be in the main building, make that request well in advance.

Mały hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji - wszędzie blisko. Przystanek tramwaju wodnego - kilka kroków od hotelu. Stylowy, piękny, duży pokój - jednak z nowoczesnymi udogodnieniami. Spokój, wygodne łózka, dobra klimatyzacja. Dobre kosmetyki w łazience- wszystko, czego trzeba. W pokoju czajnik. Czysto. Przemiły, pomocny personel. Pyszne śniadania i cudowna kawka - przygotowywana przez Panie z obsługi. Śniadania smaczne - europejskie - jajka, parówki, chleb, jogurty, owoce itp.
