Lovely room, water could be better
Pros:

Excellent space, very quiet, powerful AC (which was critical during this heat), strong wifi in the room. Comfy bed, really large bathroom and nicely appointed bathroom. We only interacted with a staff member once but she was really helpful and accomodating.

Cons:

The water coming out of the faucets had a diesel-like aroma and flavor, which was extremely unpleasant.

Un séjour parfait : accueil chaleureux, chambre magnifique, et calme absolu en plein centre-ville !

🟢 Ce que nous avons aimé :

Nous avons passé deux nuits absolument parfaites dans cet établissement.

• L’accueil et le service : Le gérant est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant et très accueillant. Le fait qu’il parle plusieurs langues est un véritable atout et facilite grandement les échanges.

• La chambre : Tout simplement magnifique et d’une propreté irréprochable. On s’y sent tout de suite très bien.

• Le petit-déjeuner : Le buffet est très varié avec beaucoup de choix. Un excellent point pour l’attention portée aux différents régimes alimentaires et aux allergies, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné !

• L’emplacement : Idéal, situé en plein centre-ville avec de nombreuses boutiques et commodités à proximité immédiate. Malgré cette situation très centrale, l’hôtel reste extrêmement calme la nuit, ce qui permet de parfaitement se reposer.

Une excellente adresse où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage !

Mooi en ruim !
Ook aandacht aan de kleine dingen zoals koffie thee enz
Luxe uitstraling en goede bedden
Ontbijt : prima dan moet je naar hun restaurant lopen op 80 meter
Bijzonder aardige mensen!

Pros:

Lage top, direkt in der Altstadt Alcudias. Rundherum viele Gratisparkplätze. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte ein etwas fechter Geruch, Lüften war schwer.

Die Lage & die Terrasse, sowie das Personal war einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft an sich sauber und hatte alles was man brauchte.

Cons:

Die Toilette hat sehr stark und sehr unangenehm gerochen, die Fenster zur Terrasse gingen nur schwer auf und am letzten Tag gar nicht mehr.
Hierbei ist aber hervorzuheben dass das Personal sehr bemüht war die Mängel sofort zu beheben. Leider hat es nicht geklappt die Probleme zu lösen, aber sie sind uns preislich entgegen gekommen & haben uns zum Frühstück eingeladen, was sehr nett war.
Vielen Dank dafür! Das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen :)

Great location but not as good as advertised
Pros:

Central and clean

Cons:

Didn’t have robes, slippers as advertised and breakfast buffet wasn’t promptly replenished. You had to ask for eggs at breakfast, no one asked if we wanted anything
Toiletries were not very nice

It was beautiful and clean with a lovely balcony too. We also had the whole hotel to ourselves. Very comfortable and quiet
