The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Marcella who went above and beyond to ensure that all of our group was well looked after. The rooms used by our group were very comfortable and our group very much enjoyed the breakfast. The location is great - well placed to get to any of the major attractions in Venice, whilst still being in a relatively quiet part of the city.

The location is perfect
- Breakfast: menu changes every day, for example one day you can find truffle butter but the next day you can not. You need to ask for the drinks,there is no coffee machine or hot water resource in the breakfast area. There are more pastries rather than salty and hot items
Breakfast starts at 8.00 which is very late. If you have a child it is hard to spend time to wait for it. The lady was rude to tell us we can not when we wanted to wait in the breakfast area
- there is no fully closed quilt cover, there is a cover like a hamburger. There are Two sheets and between them you can find the duvet and on the duvet lots of hair! While i was under the duvet i was trying not to touch the duvet.
-the room: room is very big which is nice but we had two windows that is very very close the next apartment , So it was very claustrophobic that you ate not able to see anyhing but the walls
Perfect location and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is so pretty, sympathetically restored and couldn't be better situated for great restaurants and less than a 10 min walk through fabulous twisty streets and over little bridges to the Rialto Bridge and San Marco.
There's a fabulous museum in the square that we didn't get to, but comes highly recommended.

Breakfast was a bit poor - hot food very unappetising and pastries not as fresh as they could be. We'd recommend going to one of the Farini chain for coffee and pastries/fresh fruit or an independent cafe.
Not a problem for us but there's no lift and quite a lot of stairs (great to help counteract the calories) so if you have any mobility issues, it might not be ideal.

Perfect location in the heart of Venice, yet very quiet. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.
