La comodidad y accesibilidad, así como la cuenta atención y lo amables que fueron tanto en recepción como en el bar. La estancia fue muy buena y se podía descansar muy bien.

Cons:

Almohadas muy blandas y quel baño tragaba regular y daba un poco de olor a husillo a veces. Nada exagerado, pero mejorable.

El servicio, las habitaciones

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega que está a media hora en bus, pero no lo considero nada malo ya que el bus se coge en la misma puerta.

Cons:

El secador de pelo no funcionaba, pedimos uno en recepción y nos tuvieron esperando más de media hora para nada, porque nunca nos trajeron el secador. Tuve que salir con el pelo mojado y encima llegamos tarde a la visita que habíamos programado .

La ubicación es buena .

Cons:

Llegué a las 21:00 y me dijeron que por problemas del hotel debía cambiarme a otro ubicado a unos 6km . Estaba cerca , suerte que íbamos en coche , este tipo de cosas se debe de comunicar inmediatamente cuando se sepa, no esperar a que el huésped llegue y hacerlo moverse de nuevo . El nuevo hotel era de tres estrellas , supuestamente , porque la limpieza y calidades eran de hostal de 1/2 estrellas . A cambio nos regalaron el desayuno .

L’accueil est très chaleureux. Très bon emplacement. Belle terrasse en esplanade pour profiter de boire un verre

Dans mon cas j’avais un robinet défectueux. Chambre un peu mal isolé
