Très bonne adresse pour visiter Chamonix
Pros:

Je dois commencer par remercier le personnel et spécialement Francesca pour son accueil très chaleureux et son temps qui le compte pas pour les clients, mais aussi tout le personnel notamment le bagagiste, le barman. L'hôtel est parfait pour visiter la région de Chamonix en général, et les montagnes spécialement, le train normal, l'aiguille de midi ainsi que le train à crémaillère sont à max 10min de marche. emplacement idéal. L'hôtel est équipé d'une piscine chauffée, d'un Hammam et d'une sauna.

Pros:

Персонал доброжелательный. Все рассказали, помогли с выбором аренды оборудования для катания на лыжах и просто были преветливы. Парковка закрытая, отличное постельное белье. Приятный отель. Я рекомендую 100%

Cons:

Были небольшие недоразумения но персонал все решил и сделали скидку, за что можно сказать что все хорошо.

We loved it!
Pros:

The location was excellent (right in the middle of town). The rooms were very comfortable and warm. The staff were always friendly. We would definitely stay again.

I had amazing experience as my first time in chamoinx
Pros:

It’s clean and classic hotel l really like it and enjoyed my stay also close to all shopping areas. Parking available in the basement with security.

This hotel is not worth the price pad and I am very surprised it is classified as a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms let in a significant amount of sound. They need to do a better job of soundproofing the rooms. They also do not heat well and the floor is very cold. The showers do not hold in water so after every shower we were using our towels to wipe up water.

la chambre bien .tout te fois c'est le niveau d'un 4 étoiles surtout le sanitaire .
la salle du déj. moyen , de même que la variété du buffet

désolé, mais le niveau général c'est plus proche d'un 4 que d'un 5

فندق جميل وانيق ويستحق التكرار وفي السنتر

المكان جميل والموظفين في قمة التعاون والفطور معهم جميل ولذيذ وراح اكرر الحجز فالفندق

في موظفة اسمها اعتقد فرانشيسكا تعاونت معنا بشكل كبير للوصول لمواقف الفندق وترحيبها لنا في قمة الرقي وحبيت الفندق من تعاون الموظفين
