Ottima struttura in posizione eccellente. Il personale si e' fatto in quattro per servirci al meglio

La posizione e' ideale. Al centro della zona pedonale, circondati da negozi e ristoranti. Comodissimo per il paese e per sciare un servizio navetta che ti porta alle partenze.

Jusqu’à cet épisode peu avant notre départ, le séjour était parfait

La gentillesse du personnel de réception, la qualité de la literie

Cons:

Le fait que certains serveurs ne parlent pas français.
La présence de marginaux devant la porte de l’hôtel avec des chiens. J’ai été frappée violemment dans le mollet par l’un d’entre eux qui courrait chercher une balle. Outre la surprise qui aurait pu me faire tomber, j’ai un joli hématome. Et le propriétaire s’est à peine excusé…

Détente et raffinement absolue
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et très attentionné, la situation est parfaite la vue. Si vous avez la chance d’être sur le mont Blanc est parfaite, il y a tout pour avoir une grande simplicité dans le raffinement.

Très bonne adresse pour visiter Chamonix
Pros:

Je dois commencer par remercier le personnel et spécialement Francesca pour son accueil très chaleureux et son temps qui le compte pas pour les clients, mais aussi tout le personnel notamment le bagagiste, le barman. L'hôtel est parfait pour visiter la région de Chamonix en général, et les montagnes spécialement, le train normal, l'aiguille de midi ainsi que le train à crémaillère sont à max 10min de marche. emplacement idéal. L'hôtel est équipé d'une piscine chauffée, d'un Hammam et d'une sauna.

Pros:

Персонал доброжелательный. Все рассказали, помогли с выбором аренды оборудования для катания на лыжах и просто были преветливы. Парковка закрытая, отличное постельное белье. Приятный отель. Я рекомендую 100%

Cons:

Были небольшие недоразумения но персонал все решил и сделали скидку, за что можно сказать что все хорошо.

We loved it!
