Excellent time!
Pros:

We LOved Parma! and the hotel was also in an excellent Location... we walked all around that beutiful town and had some incredible meals! we toured the Baptismal (right nest to the Hotel) I also had the great please of meeting Victorio the operator of the Hotel Prati. Mary Jo and I would love to come back to Parma again someday and would definitly stay at the Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati.

This is a wonderful hotel!
Pros:

What a location! What a lovely hotel! My room was beautiful and spacious, and overlooked the Piazza del Duomo. The staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpful with information about restaurants and tours. I booked a tour through them of a local organic producer of Parmigiano reggiano. The tour was excellent and a true highlight of my trip.

Cons:

Breakfast is at a nearby restaurant rather than in the hotel. Because I had planned activities early on a couple of the mornings I stayed, it didn’t work for me. Instead I bought some fruit and yogurt and had a quick breakfast in my room. Also, I was awakened early one morning by what I later learned was street cleaning beneath my windows. Obviously that is beyond the control of the hotel, and my room was otherwise very peaceful.

Would happily stay again next time in Parma.
Pros:

Perfect central location. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

By no fault of the hotel, getting to the hotel by car is a bit tricky since it is in the pedestrian zone. All you have to do is communicate with the staff who were very helpful in guiding me to their parking area behind the hotel.

Au coeur de la vieille ville
Pros:

L'hôtel est incroyablement situé juste à côté du duomo et du baptistère. Vieille demeure patricienne bien rénovée. Grand appartement confortable (sauf le matelas, un peu dur).
Le personnel très aimable et serviable.

Cons:

L'accès au parking est vraiment compliqué, voire effrayant. Il faut sinuer dans un vrai labyrinthe rempli de touristes. L'hôtel serait bien inspiré de prévoir un service de voiturier. Toutefois, à notre demande, la jeune fille de la réception nous y a guidés.
Vieille maison implique isolation aux bruits nulle. Le matin, il y avait du bruit dès avant sept heures.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero ottima e comoda.
L’host è stato super disponibile: ci ha addirittura aspettato anche se siamo arrivati tardi, quando aveva già chiuso, ed è stato molto gentile nello spiegarci tutto.
Nel complesso, esperienza positiva e consigliato!

Cons:

L’unica cosa che mi sento di segnalare è l’assenza della macchina del caffè: era disponibile solo caffè solubile. Per un soggiorno breve va bene, ma per chi resta più giorni potrebbe essere un piccolo limite.
