Excellent location and large room! Staff were excellent.
Pros:

Location was perfect! Room was large and well appointed. Staff was VERY helpful and professional. Good directions to parking lot and they took care of ZTL registration

Cons:

No AC so the room was a bit hot. It was cool at night luckily, so we opened the windows. Windows were on private courtyard so noise was not an issue. No screens in the windows so not sure what it would be like in the summer. Parking at the offsite lot is a little challenging to find but i figured it out with the map and good directions from staff.

Pros:

Emplacement extraordinaire, taille et confort de la chambre. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner donc pas de commentaire.

Cons:

S'il est vrai que cela fait partie du charme, la décoration (surtout textile) fait un peu vieillot. Manque de prises pour charger les différents appareils.

Τοποθεσία, Άνεση, Πολυτέλεια, πληρότητα σε όλα τα επίπεδα σε ό,τι χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά την διαμονή του . Εξυπηρετικότατο προσωπικό και πλήρως καταρτισμένο για να ανταποκριθεί στις ανάγκες και των πιο απαιτητικών πελατών.

Cons:

Δεν υπάρχει καμία αρνητική παρατήρηση το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως διαφημιζόταν και μπορώ να πω ότι με ενθουσίασε και ακόμη περισσότερο κατά την επίσκεψη δύο ημερών.

Geniale Lage, sehr freundliche Leute, ohne Frühstück buchen
Pros:

Eine bessere Lage als direkt am Dom gibt es nicht, besonders freundliches und hilfsbereites und sympathisches Personal, für eine Städtetour in Parma genial. Besonders antike Möbel. In der Nähe gelegener abgeschlossener Parkplatz!

Cons:

Sonntagnachmittag bis abends enorm laute Diskomusik mit nicht auszuhaltendem Bass, das Frühstück ist sehr besonders, mehr verrate ich nicht, wird erst ab 7:45 angeboten , ist aber erst gegen 8:15 fertig, nichts für Vegetarier und keine Eierspeisen
