Excellent Historic Vibe and comfort
Pros:

The historic vibe of the room (we had a family suite for the 3 of us). The location in the center of the main historic landmarks. Many restaurants very near the hotel. While there was a busy/touristy vibe during the day, we had a room facing the inner courtyard and it was very quiet.
The parking was in a nearby locked courtyard which was great.
The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

Cons:

The location is surrounded by one-way streets. Some are one way only during the day and Google maps didn't seem to know that. But we managed to get there in the end - so more of a Google Maps problem than a Hotel problem.

Exceptional location, great staff. You'll feel very much at home!
Pros:

The location is exceptional. You can walk almost anywhere, including the station, which is what we did. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and really went the extra mile.

Hotel in bester Lage für eine Stadtbesichtigung
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels direkt neben dem Baptisterium und Dom mitten in der Altstadt. In der direkten Umgebung eine große Auswahl an Cafés zum Frühstück und Restaurants und Bars. Wichtig, da das Hotel kein Frühstück anbietet. Unser Zimmer war groß, Fenster zum Innenhof, auch im Bad. Ein kleine Küchenzeile ist vorhanden. Das Bett war etwas hart. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war makellos, die Atmosphäre wohnlich. Die Zimmer sind leicht mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Für die Zufahrt in die verkehrsberuhigte Zone gibt das Hotel eine gut verständliche Beschreibung. Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz liegt etwa 50 m entfernt. Die Straßenverhältnisse sind etwas beengt, aber möglich zu befahren. Check-in und -out waren einfach und schnell. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns beim Gepäck geholfen und alles gut erklärt. Preis-Leistung sind in Ordnung. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort, dafür bestens geeignet und wäre wieder unsere Wahl.

Beim Check-out erfolgte keine Hilfe beim Gepäck mehr.
