Ok aber man muss Abstriche machen !
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar aber dafür macht man auch ein paar Abstriche .

Cons:

Ich war alleine als Frau unterwegs und fand es etwas schwierig das die untere Eingangstür nicht abgeschlossen war (den es gibt ja keine Rezeption) . Man hatte am Ende nur seine Zimmertür . Da kam ich mir persönlich nicht so sicher vor ! Ansonsten war es ganz ok. Zimmer ist sauber aber in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand !

Pros:

Nach Beschwerde bekam ich ein neues Zimmer. Handtücher waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Kein Rauchmelder, Steckdosen schauen aus der Wand. Völlig veraltet, Auslegware fleckig, Erst Kein Fernseher, dann kein funktionierender Fernseher. Badtür faustgroßes Loch, das ganze Hotel müßte saniert werden.

Katastrophale Hygiene und keinerlei Kundenservice! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Neue Kräme 23 in Frankfurt war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Schon im Eingangsbereich hat es fürchterlich gestunken und vor dem Eingang lag Müll.

Das Zimmer war extrem unhygienisch. Die Bettwäsche und der Molton waren dreckig, überall waren Flecken und Haare, der Teppich war verschmutzt und unter dem Bett lag sogar eine Socke einer fremden Person. Die Matratzen waren beim Anheben ebenfalls extrem dreckig und ekelhaft. Trotz mehrerer Nachrichten mit der ausdrücklichen Bitte, den Bettbezug zu wechseln, wurde nichts unternommen. Wir erhielten weder eine Antwort noch wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Im Badezimmer fanden wir außerdem eine Babykakerlake, weshalb wir uns so unwohl fühlten, dass wir nicht einmal duschen konnten.

Auch das Housekeeping war äußerst unprofessionell. Die Mitarbeiter konnten weder Deutsch noch Englisch und arbeiteten bei der Reinigung nicht einmal mit Handschuhen. Besonders schlimm war, dass unsere Zimmertür während unserer Abwesenheit einfach offengelassen wurde und ungefähr sechs Stunden offen stand, während wir shoppen waren. Zudem schließt die Tür nicht richtig und es bleibt ein Spalt, durch den man ins Zimmer schauen kann. Die Vorhänge waren komplett zerrissen und man hört jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern.

Der Kundenservice ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Bei unseren Anrufen ging niemand ans Telefon und auf Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert. In den E-Mails vor unserer Anreise wurde uns bei Problemen das nahe gelegene Miriamer Hotel als Anlaufstelle genannt. Als wir dort Hilfe suchten, konnte man uns jedoch ebenfalls nicht helfen. Die Mitarbeiter sagten sogar selbst, sie wüssten nicht, warum der Hotelbesitzer behaupte, dass sie Unterstützung anbieten würden.

Besonders unangenehm war auch das Verhalten des Mitarbeiters, der gleichzeitig im Housekeeping arbeitet und der Chef des Hotels ist.
