Locatie. Omdat we naar Benidorm Palace wilden en deze was op loopafstand.

Cons:

Hee veel viel ons tegen. De kamers waren niet echt schoon. Er lag een babyfles van de vorige gasten onder ons bed. Ontbijt wat chaotisch. Er was constant geen schone kopjes en glazen. Brood was op. Personeel was chagrijnig. Prijs kwaliteit was het niet waard.

We made the most of it and had a lovely break.
Pros:

Food was very good and restaurant layout worked well for such a large and busy hotel. As a group of 6 we did struggle to get a table together as so few set up for this. Hotel was clean and room was large enough for 4 but the beds and pillows are not the best. Excellent facilities in this hotel but unfortunately only half we're available in low season and therefore did not feel great value for money. No kids club, restricted pool opening times, no pool bar or snacks, etc. The outdoor pool and area is also always going to be shaded any time of the year due to the high rise buildings surrounding the area. 15 minute walk to the beach. A few restaurants and shops immediately around and a lidl across the road was handy.

Pros:

La comida es de muy baja calidad, y no aconsejo ir con niños hay mucho alchool por todos lados es más adecuado para adultos. El locker de las maletas es muy poco seguro, no ponen etiquetas y cada husped tiene la llave, incluso allí encontramos vasos de cervezas.

POOL ONLY OPEN 12-4 sun gets blocked out my skyscrapers

I was really disappointed if I’m honest ,

Pool only open between 12:00-4pm the outside pool and the inside pool same times

Sitting around the pool you can hardly get any sun before its blocked out by another sky scraper hotel , very disappointing for the kids .. wanted a sauna but it was closed for the weekend ..
