Was OK for 2 nights. Staff were very good and polite.

Overall a great time the hotel is well positioned for a good time

We were all inclusive but at 2300hrs you have to pay for drinks for the last hour people were going up 2 or three times because of that while we were paying for maybe the last drink you don't make any extra just alienate the descent customers. Also the signage about entertainment should be improved along with the entertainment. Also there were a lot of people with mobility problems who unless you had booked the club class when coming down for meals had to go right round the hotel to get to the restaurant when the lift goes right down to it unacceptable in my view the lifts need upgrading especially the indication on arrival as the lifts are set back and you don't know when they arrive. The hydraulic lift to the restaurant needs replacing it's a hazard & drops when you step in the lift car very unnerving for people.
