The staff both in reception and the restaurant were friendly, helpful and accommodating. There was a vast selection of food catering for all tastes including vegetarian. I felt it was a safe place for my young grandchildren. In general the entertainment in the evening was very good especially the Greatest Showman.

Nada que decir todo excelente
El personal es muy profesional. Un colectivo disciplinado Los chicos del Snack de la piscina muy buenos. Recepción muy atentos. Y los de animación se esfuerzan mucho para que los clientes se mantengan contentos. Cabe destacar el espectáculo The Greatest Showman que hicieron muchísimo en un escenario tan pequeño. Creo que el equipo de animación tiene potencial para seguir mejorando aún más su trabajo.
El chico del Spa súper recomendado es muy buen masajista.
Encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación deberían fumigar. El aíre acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien. Llamamos dos veces a recepción para que lo arreglará y no hubo mucha diferencia. Asumimos que el sistema de enfriado del hotel es muy antiguo. Es una pena porque si hubiéramos descansado bien nuestra estancia hubiera sido mucho mejor.
La comida Normal, nos dimos cuenta estando en el hotel que es necesario pagar más para obtener la pulsera roja y tener un todo incluido de verdad. De lo contrario es solo hasta las 11pm . Y no tienes acceso a ciertos servicios como la piscina de arriba del todo.
El gimnasio es demasiado básico sería bueno colocar más equipos.
Relación calidad precio creo que muy justo ni más ni menos.

Great all inclusive hotel, beautiful entrance and large pool area. Food was wonderful, quality drinks and plenty of choice for all inclusive. The room was spacious with English TV, Kettle, Bath, double bathroom sink and plenty of storage space - ideal for a family of 4. 15 minute stroll to the beach with plenty of bars and shops en route, Tropical family friendly bar opposite, 10 minute walk to the Market and a large play park just around the back of the hotel.
We got a really great price so overall really impressed with the stay.
The food hall can get really chaotic, the staff couldn’t seem to clear tables fast enough at peak times and often left without glasses / cups etc.. it was May Half Term so perhaps just an issue at peak times. The lifts were SO slow, we waited nearly 10minutes one morning for a lift down to the bottom (again we visited at a peak time!) the entertainment on an evening is basic, but still had a bit of something for everyone - we ventured over the road a couple of times to mix things up. On a night time there were groups of older kids hanging / running around unsupervised jumping up and down on sun loungers, swearing, kicking balls, and shining laser pens which can be a little intimidating when you’ve got younger children just looking to play.

Lovely hotel clean perfect condition, food was absolutely amazing loved all the meat that they have in the restaurant all inclusive drinks are amazing pretty much have everything you could want entertainment is amazing loved the karaoke nights the entertainment team remembered are names all week and would come up to us and made us feel extremely welcome always with smiles on there face the outdoor pool is lovely and indoor pool is really good it’s just abit small for me big shout of to marco he made our holiday really special we miss you we will be back soon

Holiday was not cheap, do your self a favour and give this place a very wide berth.
Punta del Rey in Tenerife is half the price and 100% better.

The air conditioning system does not work properly. The hotel staff kept insisting that the AC only works when the outside temperature increases, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable.
I was staying with my child, who has asthma, and because the room was too warm, we had to keep the window open. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke from outside kept coming into the room, causing my child to cough throughout the night. She also had a fever, and the hot room made the situation much worse.
The ventilation in the room was also very poor. Every time we returned to the room after being outside, there was a bad smell trapped inside. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and unhealthy experience for my family.
