It was clean. The accommodation staff were all friendly and lovely. The food chnaged frequently so that was good.
Felt quite unwelcoming, like the staff downtsairs did not want the guests in the hotel. Indoor pool hours changed while we were staying, closed at 3 only opened late morning. It didn't feel. 4 stars. Only one coffee machine in the morning, lots of the cups were dirty, the ones in my room were as well. Also I forgot my glasses, they were able to locate them and then instead of sending them since they have my address and
the item, they told me to organise a courier from Ireland. Just felt ridiculous and insulting having spent 1100 euro in their hotel.

Booked a short notice(3 night) stay here and had a brilliant time! Was a bit sceptical having read other recent reviews, but there was no need to be.
Rooms were big and very clean - maid serviced every day. All Inclusive was brilliant with lots of named drinks brands, including Strongbow, San Miguel, Aperol etc. Food was also excellent, with plenty of variety - didn’t have lunch, as toasties from the pool bar were excellent. Pool was open 10am until 5pm, although water was freezing given early season.
Evening entertainment was ok, but there were lots of bars close by with loads of different acts. Great to have Sky Sports available showing lots of football
I’ve read others bemoaning staff attitude, but we didn’t experience anything bad
There are 6 lifts servicing a hotel 25 stories high, so stagger your meal times to avoid queues
Habitación cómoda, todo muy limpio, las piscinas.
El desayuno, los horarios de uso de las piscinas.
Just back from flamingo oasis. For me he third time however things have changed and not for the better. Some of the bar staff could do with customer service skills very rude.
The food had definitely gone down hill. However the restaurant staff are lovely especially Carlos who helped arrange a cake for my daughter birthday.
The entertainment leaves a lot to be desired. However the new quizzes were and improvement . Pablo Blume was fantastic as was Mervin plus the greatest show man but some of the female singers were rubbish.
And the lifts enough said
The hotel itself is very clean rooms cleaned every day and of course it in a fabulous location
Excellent hotel for family with kids, staff very friendly 👍 many activities for kids and adults, night shows brilliant, really enjoyed, location Excellent too
Stayed here April 2026
Arrived early reception very friendly...had to wait a couple of hours for room to be ready but was allowed use of all facilities before we checked in room..
Room was very spacious and clean...balcony very reasonable size...bathroom contained 2 sinks and a shower over the bath...water pressure was excellent.
Kettle and a fridge in tge room was a bonus!
Maids cleaned rooms daily
Beds are comfy and heard no noise!
The swimming pool is huge and the splash park was amazing...the only negative was the pool didnt open til 12 maybe because we went in April...but kids were dying to get in but couldnt.
Small little park for very young children was ok.
Plenty of sunbeds and always a lifeguard on duty.
This hotel has a indoor pool but be prepared for it to be busy...esp if weather is overcast
Also has a couple of arcades which are great for kids
We went AI ...the food i would say is good...plenty of choices and lots of fresh fruit.
Staff in restaurant could do with some extra training as i found them quite dismissive.
Reception staff are excellent and very helpful.
Lifts are plenty however at meal times expect a short wait as this is the busiest times.
Overall a great hotel...taking everything into account i would give this hotel a 8.5 out of 10.
I would def stay here again!
La recepción la llegada todo genial

Place is huge with a jungle theme, we stayed for 3 weeks and would certainly not come here again, if you are disabled to many stairs and more often then not lifts not working the one that takes you down to the restaurant never worked in the three weeks were there. FOOD OK but it was like eating in a works canteen far to much noise. Staff work hard and are a credit to the hotel, we did go out of season and it is certainly a family hotel we will be coming back but not this one,
We once again visited this hotel, and it didn’t fail to please us. The staff are most friendly, helpful and professional despite a few awkward customers.
The hotel is immaculately clean all through to a very high standard.
The accommodation is standard and also club which is for over 18s only
The accommodation is most spacious with ample wardrobe space, a large bathroom with 2 hand basins with a bath or a shower most rooms are pool facing.
TThe restaurant is kept clean and orderly with handwashing facilities to be use on entry. Plenty of food choices snacks are available off season in the restaurant at selected times.
The entertainment is mostly available in the show bar and occasionally in the Piano Bar. .Good size swimming pool with plenty of sun beds, hotel is ideal for families, couples and solo travellers who will never be alone I would highly recommend the hotel is available for booking direct with MedPlaya or through Tui
Reception are always available to help and guide you whether you book direct or through Tui, in addition to a very nice accommodating lady on Guest Services opposite reception called Frida
Food not good and cold
Hotel needs modernising and isn't clean
It says no hen parties but we had 2 a 50th party and 18th party.
It was so noisy we complained twice and had to get security
Entertainment was awful
Reception staff not helpful and didn't ask us how are stay was
Towels had holes in
Sockets falling off the wall in the bathroom and my son was trying to touch it
Broken glass bottles in the swimming pool
• The list aoes on
Great holiday but....
Been going here in April for 4 years now.
Lovely hotel lots of space and good position. Lidl just across the road.
This year the beds seemed extremely hard so was given mattress toppers which helped, sorted very quickly once I commented on it to a rep.
From other years the All Inclusive now stops at 11pm, prices after that is very expensive.
The hotel is very clean but parts need some TLC, leaks and poor decorating issues/ damp damage in a couple of areas.
In the restaurant the glasses are all very dirty, had to look at around 30 to 40 glasses to find a clean one at times but can see them polishing ALL the glasses in the club room restaurant.
Food is good and hot which is hot!
Lots of choice and plenty of it.
Tea/coffee machine available at all times.
Good games areas around the hotel.
Nice indoor pool with a lifeguard on duty at all times, outdoor pool was freezing though.
Plenty of sun beds.
Could do with more seating in lobby area as when weather not the best, can be difficult to find somewhere indoors to sit.
Overall I had a great holiday and will return next year.
The hotel was a disappointment unfortunately, it is rated 4 Ts by TUI and official 4*, however, in the area, you can get much nicer, cleaner, modern hotels that offer a far nicer environment with better food and staff.
Firstly, on arrival, check in was quick as it was quite late at night, the receptionist was helpful and friendly, we thought so good so far! Getting a lift to the room, bearing in mind it was around 2000 on a Saturday, was a nightmare, the lift situation gradually got worse as lifts broke and the hotel get busier, could take a good 20 minutes to get from room to reception, had I been lower down on the hotel i would have walked, however 20 flights is too much! There is only one lift from reception to restaurant (which was broken on arrival).
Secondary, the room, on first glance looked ok, on closer inspection, dated with tears in chairs, cracked tiles in a very old bathroom with a bath, shower not fully attached to wall, handrails not properly attached, slippy and dated tiled bathroom floor - the bathrooms need to be fully modernised to today’s standards, not from the 2000s when it was built. The bedding left a lot to be desired, no nice white duvets etc, just dirty brown blankets that don’t scream 4*!!! The furniture on the balcony was stained and dirty, the balcony floor was never washed and the furniture needed replaced and updated. The sofas in the room, that would make single beds, both had seem better days and could do with a proper clean to remove the black marks. The towels weee thread bare and very rough. Overall, a large room that in a picture looks “ok” but in reality needs a refurb. I’ve taken pictures and attached of the quality and standard of the rooms.
Thirdly, the pool area is big and spacious, however, even with temperatures in the mid 20s, the pool bar remained closed and no tables and chairs to sit on and have a drink poolside. We were told it was due to being low season, however, 1st April, indoor pool closed as low season had ended, pool bar never opened though, at managers discretion apparently. Instead, to get a drink by the pool you either hand to get the one lift (which was not working all our stay) or walk to other side of building and wait for a main lift or walk up two flights of stairs! In many respects, carrying drinks down 2 flights of stairs (all be it in plastic) can be quite dangerous as drinks do get spilled or drips as you walk, making the stairs quite slippery, often a yellow sign was placed over the spillages but not often cleaned quickly, quite dangerous especially for older customers. This health and safety concern was raised via TUI, however, no response!!!
Fourthly, the all inclusive package. The drinks were satisfactory with a reasonable selection of both branded and unbranded drinks for a Spanish all inclusive. The biggest issue, as only one bar is open between 900 and 2000, the lines are massive at times, and it was a long walk from both main pool and adult only terrace to get a drink, as I said, both involved using lifts or stairs. The biggest issue for us was the restaurant, school canteen environment, more like a hostel than a 4* hotel, tables left piled with dirty plates until someone came round with a dirty trolley, often leaving the trolley right beside where you’re trying to eat, not exactly 4*!! The food is basic, repetitive and generally not hot enough even when brought out fresh. No made to order eggs or omelets and pancakes (not known this in a Spanish hotel above 3* before), instead just pre made and often not warm. We experienced other customers telling other tables “don’t eat the sausage, it’s raw”. To top it all, there is one microwave, but the plates don’t fit - says it all!
Finally. The staff, varied widely, the reception have a very much “it’s not our fault approach”. The room did not get cleaned and when I asked for just some fresh towels the instant response was “you have the do not disturb sign on”. Luckily, as a matter of course from previous experience, I take a photo when I put the sign out to make up room so its date and time stamped, no apology, just a “ok”. Yes the room got new towels but the attitude was poor. Doe of the bar staff were fantastic, others not so - I asked for additional lime on a line and soda for the lime to be purposefully poured over me by the bar manager in the lobby bar (if medplaya are interested, the older guy with the skin fade who always wears a blue shirt).
Overall, not a great holiday. We did complain to TUI and were told our concerns had been forwarded to management but have not received any further update from neither TUI nor the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel, you can get much better in Benidorm for you hard earned money
Usual great stay at Flamingo Oasis

Entertainment good but went out lots
