Overall a well run hotel but too big for our liking, but very comfortable and clean rooms.
Pros:

Very good spacious rooms. Very clean with great cleaning services.

Cons:

Too big for our liking. Lifts were very busy especially during meal times .

Niet tevreden.
Pros:

Locatie. Omdat we naar Benidorm Palace wilden en deze was op loopafstand.

Cons:

Hee veel viel ons tegen. De kamers waren niet echt schoon. Er lag een babyfles van de vorige gasten onder ons bed. Ontbijt wat chaotisch. Er was constant geen schone kopjes en glazen. Brood was op. Personeel was chagrijnig. Prijs kwaliteit was het niet waard.
