El hotel es casi perfecto.
Variedad en el bufetf amplias instalaciones. Todo muy bien.
No me gusto el mal uso que hace mucha gente del bufett y de las diferentes barras de bar. Pero eso no es culpa del hotel.la educación se tiene o se carece así de claro.
Szobák tiszták tágasak, az étel kiváló, a személyzet nagyon kedves. Szuper kilátás a városra és a medencére. Nagyon gyors kiszolgálás a bárban. Hajnalban hagytuk el a szállodát és egy kis reggeli csomagot kaptunk kijelentkezéskor, ez figyelmes .
A reggeli elég egyhangú, de ha mindennap mást eszel, úgy jó :) a vacsora és az ebéd pedig kiváló. Ha fogy valami, azonnal pótolják. Jó elrendezésű a szálloda; lift van több, egy ekkora létesítményben előfordul hogy vársz ra 1-2 percet.
A pincérek és a takarító személyzet 10 pontot érdemel! A tenger 10 perc séta távolság, de Benidorm nekünk túl zsúfolt, a szomszéd kis települések partjaira jártunk át strandolni.
A medence nagyon nagyon hideg.
A klíma nem működött, 28-29 fok volt a szobában. Lehet központilag van már kikapcsolva október utolsó hetében. De nyitott terasz ajtóval lehetett aludni …
Ami nagyon nem tetszett a vendégek viselkedése. Az étteremben amit a vendégek nagyresze megenged magának, az a mértéktelen pazarlás. Ha tudja, hogy csak egy darabot fog az adott ételből megenni, minek tesz a tányérra hatot. Gyerekek szintén. Ahogy esznek és az asztalokat maguk után hagyják, az ember étvágya is elmegy. Ha leesik valami, tapossák szerte szét, nem venné fel… A személyzet erőn felül teljesít, minden elismerésem feléjük ezt a káoszt nap mint nap kezelni és takarítani pakolni utánuk. A pincérek és a takarító személyzet 10 pont!
A szálloda jellemzően angol vendéggel van tele.
The location
Breakfast tables were slow to be cleared and relayed. Especially as part of the restaurant was closed off.
The outside pool bar wasn’t open, so people were walking in and out of the hotel in swimmers, so the floors were wet and dangerous.

Great location with lots to do, all inclusive was great with good choice of food and drinks, the room was superb nice and big with sky sports on the tv
All the staff were friendly and helpful apart from one young man behind the bar but there's always one, i didn't see him again so maybe they got rid of him
La ubicación y la habitación
La comida no tiene mucha variedad, el hotel está más bien enfocado al turismo inglés, la piscina en octubre ya empieza a cerrar a las 17:00 horas y el espectáculo es la mayor parte en inglés.

Muy antiguo ,tanto mobiliario como instalaciones,un gimnasio q daba pena,una Picina q no estaba en uso,un buffet muy pobre….en fin una desilusión para un hotel de 4 estrellas q seguramente lo valdría en los años 60……para el precio de hotel actualizado y de lujo!
El trato de Sonia, señora de limpieza de la planta 18. Muy agradable y muy buena profesional, con bastante diferencia los días q libraba.
Habría q reformar un poco el hotel. La comida se podría mejorar. Los ruidos de la juventud extranjera. Las actuaciones totalmente en inglés.

El personal de recepción y bar muy amables.
El hotel parece estar pensado exclusivamente para clientes ingleses, desde la comida hasta las actividades y el kids club.
En el desayuno hay muy pocas opciones y todos los días es prácticamente lo mismo: English breakfast y alguna que otra alternativa bastante pobre. En el almuerzo y la cena ocurre lo mismo: la oferta gastronómica está claramente orientada al público inglés, con Sunday roast casi todos los días.
Pero lo que más me ha decepcionado ha sido el comportamiento de una de las monitoras del kids club. Había dos chicas recogiendo a los niños para la sesión del kids club y, cuando me acerqué a preguntar cómo funcionaba para dejar a mi hija de 4 años, una de ellas, que no hablaba español, le pidió a su compañera que me lo explicara. La respuesta de su compañera fue que el club era exclusivamente para niños ingleses.
Le expliqué que mi hija hablaba inglés, porque pensé que quizá el problema era que las actividades se realizaban en ese idioma y les preocupaba que no pudiera entenderlas. Sin embargo, volvió a contestarme: «No, es que es solamente para niños ingleses», sin darme ninguna otra explicación, y me cerró la puerta.
Me parece una actitud totalmente inaceptable, especialmente tratándose de un hotel que debería ofrecer una experiencia acogedora a familias de diferentes nacionalidades.
Si vienes de otro país o no eres inglés, no te recomiendo reservar este hotel.

Porque había que bajar hasta la planta cero y luego había que coger otro ascensor para la planta menos uno para comer porque la parte que en verano suele estar abierta pues allí no está abierta ahora y tenías que hacer todo ese lio
