Carpediem Assisi Living Club

The staff was amazing! The people in this area are so nice and made us feel welcomed and really made our stay better than expected. The facility was nice but it is remote so make sure you are prepared to relax and enjoy nature.

Struttura gradevole, peccato il check alle ore 16..

This property was unique in its lack of internet connection (it is the year 2022 and there are thousands of properties with connectivity around it!) and in its inability to work with a customer to make sure the customer leaves happy. I booked 4 nights through Expedia. As soon as we checked in, i found out that there is internet only in the public lobby. Ok (maybe) for the weekend but not in midweek, when i have to spend hours on work zoom calls. We had to move to another place after the first 2 nights. The hotel refused to refund the other 2 nights directly to me or through Expedia (Expedia contacted them to check). Umbria is a wonderful place with so many excellent hotels and B&Bs. There's no reason to book this one.

We arrived a bit late for the check-in. The attendant seemed irritated, handed us the room keys, pointed us in the direction of the rooms, and left. When we got to the rooms, we found two scorpions in one of them. The kids panicked, ran outside and said they were not going to sleep there as they were afraid. We then had to scramble and were fortunate to find new accommodation which we booked. The next day we went back to Carpediem and showed photos of the scorpions. They were apologetic, offered to change the room but given the trauma experienced by the kids the night before, we politely declined. When we requested a refund, we were told that they would not grant any so we ended up losing two nights accommodation for the two rooms we had booked. Will never book there again and wish to advise everyone to beware!!

Posti meraviglioso, posizione strategica per la visita delle maggiori attrazioni della zona. Paesaggio stupendo. Struttura deliziosa dotata di tutte le comodità per un viaggio in famiglia ma anche per coppie.

Stunning views and a very reasonable lovely breakfast

This is a delightful place to stay. We booked when everything else was full in Assisi for Easter and did not expect much. We were pleasantly surprised.

Staff are so accommodating, pool and views are gorgeous and apartments are spacious.

Mi sono trovato veramente bene all'interno degli alloggi, la vicinanza con il centro di Assisi e una bellissima veduta della pianura mi hanno fatto bene.

Nonostante i tanti commenti negativi letti, la nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata positiva. L'appartamento assegnatoci è stato ristrutturato da poco, trovandosi a 5 km da Assisi non c'è campo.

struttura moderna e funzionale andrebbe pero precisata meglio la logistica grave la mancanza della prima colazione.
