Que está en el centro

Cons:

Una mala experiencia, pillamos el hotel, ya que nos quedábamos en Toledo, y era buena ubicación.
Con respecto a las camas, mucha suciedad, las sábanas rotas, los almohadones sucios, chafados por zapatillas, y manchas que no quiero saber. La ducha no iba, y el aire acondicionado tampoco, y en Toledo hacían 41-42 grados.
Nos tuvimos que coger otro hotel, ya que no se podía estar ahí, todo sucio, y encima intentamos contactar con ellos, hasta por teléfono (por la mañana) todos los días, y nunca estaban por la tarde presencialmente (ya que era nuestra disponibilidad), no llegamos a un acuerdo con ellos, y encima para poder devolverme el dinero tenía que pagar yo más para hacer la devolución.
Y para aparcar tenía que aparcar abajo del todo y pagando zona naranja.
Espero que mejoren y tengan en cuenta mi reseña, ya que no es lo que indican en la descripción del hotel.

Tengo que decir que estaba muy limpio, pero la ducha no cerraba y se mojaba todo el baño, salia el agua con poca presión y al secador le faltaba una pieza.
Le faltó un mini frigorífico, hacía mucho calor y no podíamos tener agua fresca.

Para no repetir
Cons:

Estuve 3 dias intentando contactar con el personal para resolver unas dudas antes de llegar y fué imposible, no te cogen el teléfono.La ubicación no es tan céntrica como la describen.Y volvimos a casa con la espalda rota por el colchón, vamos para no repetir 😰😰

Habitación no acorde al mensaje recibido

No me gustó que la recepcionista no estaba por la noche y si hay algún problema no se podía solucionar.
Por otro lado, me dieron la habitación 102 y al poner el pin no se abría… menos mal que eran las 8 de la tarde y estaba la chica y nos dijo que era la 101…

La habitación bien pero el resto mejorable.
Pros:

La habitación en si estaba muy bien y limpia.

Cons:

Solo tiene recepción en ciertas horas limitadas, no tiene ascensor para subir maletas a la habitación, no tiene recepción 24 horas, solo en horas puntuales, en la calle donde está no suele haber parking y la cochera que tienen de parking es difícil acceder si llevas un coche medianamente grande. Las camas tampoco eran muy cómodas

Me gustó la ubicación! La habitación en sí estaba bien! El baño también! En general todo muy bien!

Cons:

Le pedidos una alargadera con enchufes ya que no habían enchufes cerca de la cama y necesitaba uno para poder conectar la máquina de apnea del sueño y no me dieron respuesta…
Veo excesivo los 20€ por mascota, venimos de varios hoteles y ha sido el primero que nos ha cobrado ese precio! Por decir que algunos eran gratis!

Muy buen alojamiento cerca del centro

Súper cerca del centro. La chica que nos atendio Daniela, super amable. La cama muy comoda

Habia un poco olor a encierro ni bien entras. Pero entiendo que es porque es un edificio antiguo
