Los colchones eran muy cómodos.

Cons:

El parking era muy pequeño y la zona por donde se entraba estaba llena de escombros y el camino de tierra y gravilla.

Llegué después de 6 horas de viaje y no podía entrar. El teléfono de emergencia resulta que solo se podía llame por Wasa … total 1 hora para poder contactar y que me dijeran cómo entrar

Pros:

Lo único bueno a destacar es la ubicación. La recepcionista y el equipo de limpieza están muy atentas.

Cons:

El sistema de calefacción estaba roto y no se podía regular, pasamos dos malas noches con casi 30°C en la habitación (febrero y con el aire acondicionado encendido). El baño estaba limpio pero la ducha no tenía punto medio, salía muy poca presión y el agua estaba hirviendo o fría. El desayuno una vergüenza, lo que te ofrecen por 4€ es un café de mala calidad, tostadas con aceite y tomate o mantequilla y mermelada y agua del grifo. La excusa a ésto fue que estaban llenos, pero deberían replantearse si sirven para tener ese número de huéspedes.

La calefacción estaba perfecta, el colchón era cómodo. La ubicación muy bien y cercano a zona naranja para aparcar.

Cons:

Mucho ruido de parte de otros huéspedes, se oye todo. Las almohadas muy duras, leí comentarios de esto y lleve mis almohadas de casa.

Las vistas y la ubicación.

Cons:

No hay atención real ni telefónica para solucionar lo que necesites o problemas que surjan. Se fue la luz por la noche y se activo una alarma que estuvo sonando toda la noche sin que nadie del hotel diera respuesta a lo sucedido...no pudimos dormir.

Por otro lado, las paredes de la habitación no tienen buen aislamiento y se escucha todo.
La ventana le faltaría una cortina para evitar que entre luz al cuarto.
Fue una opción de medio precio pero no compenso....pudimos descansar poco.

Die Kommunikation war furchtbar schlecht. Wir haben unser Zimmer nicht gefunden, kein Personal vor Ort, keiner ging ans Telefon und bis heute kam kein Rückruf
