Posizione molto comoda, a pochi passi da centro e non si sente il traffico. Camera pulita.

Cons:

Camere rumorose, si sente tutto dalle altre camere, doccia, parlare, toilette,... Non c'è neanche un distributore automatico per bibite o caffè.

Buen hotel, mal personal
Pros:

La localización y las instalaciones. La habitación pequeña pero bien equipada y limpia.

Cons:

El personal no fue atento, ni siquiera parecía muy interesado en hacer su trabajo. Si había desayuno, nadie me informó al llegar. Dos veces pregunté cosas y parecía que nadie sabía nunca qué responder (a preguntas sobre el alojamiento, no sobre turismo). Un día me desperté con los gritos de la limpiadora hablando con la recepcionista a las 7:30 de la mañana (estando yo en una planta diferente). Y para colmo aquel día la limpiadora ni siquiera se pasó a limpiar la habitación, no digamos ya a dejar unos sobres nuevos de champú y gel. La verdad es que de precio no está mal con esa ubicación pero la atención de un personal desganado desluce bastante la experiencia.

ubicacion esta justo pegado al caso historico de toledo, andando estas enseguida en la plaza principal, eso lo hace perfecto para dejar el coche en su parking privado y moverte a pie, por eso la ubiacion es perfecta

Cons:

las camas son incomodisimas, y el lavabo estaba agritado, sellado con masilla por debajo, el pulsador de la cisterna roto, despues de ducharte por la mañana sube un olor a sumidero/alcantarilla inaguantable

I tried to secure parking, but the communication was so poor that I never discovered where this private garage was, and I got a parking ticket because of it!
