Quaint little hotel, very easy to access using the app. Small but comfy room, quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay in Toledo. I left the car in a free parking, 15 min away, and everything was safe and sound. The hotel is close to the escalator, and there is a small cafeteria nearby, which stays open the entire day, so you can have a snack during the famous Spanish siesta 🤭

the rooms were comfortable/ location was good right outside all town
we arrived very late and had a bit of challenge getting in- lucky another guest was returning to the hotel and helped us. Also we got confused with breakfast being included but it was not.
Location.
The aircon could not cope with 40c temperatures, so the room was too hot for comfort. The balcony was littered with bird poo and the sun umbrella was unusable due to poor condition and full of holes. We only stayed one night despite booking two.
Set within the outer walls of Toledo and a short climb from the old centre, the hotel was like a tardis, much bigger on the inside than it appeared outside. The rooms were large and well proportioned. There was even a small balcony which made the room much more luxurious than expected for a small hotel.
There was no street parking, only threats of being towed away. Although informed by email that hotel parking was available this couldn't be found on our arrival as the hotel was unmanned and entered via a mobile ap. This could cause problems for those unfamiliar with mobile phones. Without a smart phone you would be in trouble.

Muy cerca del centro histórico. Instalaciones correctas que se corresponden con las estrellas que tiene. Más que bien.
Paredes finas que se podía oír al personal de limpieza llenando los cubos de agua y hablando a las siete de la mañana.
Que el baño estaba muy limpio
Que no hi hagués ningú a recepció, i que ho havia hostes que no havien rebut l’email.
