Très mauvais hôtel, rien ne va.
Pros:

L'hotel est très bien situé au pied des remparts.

Cons:

Chambre qui ne correspondait pas à celle réservée; Bruyante, sale (1 cheveux long sur l'oreiller, des poils pubiens au pied du toilette) la plus proche du hall d'entrée avec le bruit que cela engendre, pas de double vitrage on avait l'impression que les passants étaient avec nous dans la chambre... Demande de changer de chambre refusée ou alors ajouter 150€, c'est un comble.
Le soir pour rentrer le digicode ne fonctionnait pas, nous sommes restés 1 heure dehors avec un autre couple en attendant de pouvoir joindre quelqu'un au téléphone. Toute la nuit nous avons entendu les clients essayer de rentrer, cogner dans la porte, crier pour rentrer, c'était infernal, nous avons dormi que 2 heures... Nous nous en souviendrons de cet hôtel minable.

Solo me gustó la ubicación, hotel caro para las instalaciones son pésimas,cama incomoda,ventana que no cierran,todo antiguo ventana,cama ect,enciendes la luz del baño y un ruido del ventilador se escucha todo los ruidos de la calle y los clientes cuando hablan la ducha para el agua caliente sale a gotas a sido una estancia pésima y muy cara para lo que ofrece solo esta bien la ubicación todo lo demás pésimo antiguo necesita reforma urgente existe climalix para los cristales a ver si llega a toledo para por lo menos poder descansar y no que parece que estas en la calle durmiendo no lo recomiendo nada.

No lo recomiendo.
Pros:

Desayuno no ofrecen pq no tienen medios para servirlo. La ubicación perfecta.

Cons:

No había agua caliente en la ducha y el grifo del lavabo estaba viejo, roto y suelto, reclame en recepción y sujetaron un poco el grifo pero al segundo uso ya estaba suelto otra vez. La ducha ni la tocaron.
