La ubicación y la reserva de la plaza de garaje

Cons:

Las camas son muy incómodas.
El precio de 118 la noche desorbitado para lo poco que ofrece la habitación y el hotel.
Que no tenga recepción 24 horas o al menos durante todo el día. Me parece que es muy complicado el método que ofrecen de hacer la llegada para por ejemplo una persona mayor. No es una intuitivo y funciona regular.
Además el teléfono que tienen para llamar es solo por WhatsApp.

Great location, in Toledo
Pros:

Great location. This is quite a basic hotel but had everything you need. Comfortable beds and very clean. Great air conditioning

Cons:

The hotel advertised parking, but that’s not strictly true. They have a garage with only a few parks that are delegated on a first come basis. The parking in the vicinity is not that close and although we found paid parking nearby eventually, it was not before receiving a 60 euro fine for stopping in a residential zone. Do NOT park in any green parking bays, they are for residents. I think this hotel is perfect if you don’t have a car, but not so great if you’re travelling by car.

Hotel świetnie położony, czysty i wygodny

Cons:

1. Parking w garażu ma zepsute jedne drzwi wjazdowe. Mimo pomocy pracownika wyjeżdżając uszkodziłam samochód. Booking.com nie sprawdza prawdziwości ofert ani jakości udogodnień.
2. Nikt z obsługi nie zna angielskiego ani żadnego języka obcego.

Sin poder dormir por el calor. Aire acondicionado sin funcionar

Cons:

Nos alojamos dos noches en mayo. La primera noche vimos que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba: salía aire, pero no frío. Como no había nadie en recepción, llamamos al teléfono de emergencias. Nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada en ese momento y que tampoco podían cambiarnos de habitación porque no había disponibilidad. Quedaron en revisarlo al día siguiente.

Al día siguiente nos dijeron que ya estaba arreglado, cosa que no era cierta. Volví a escribir por WhatsApp al teléfono del hotel y directamente dejaron de contestarme.

Pasamos dos noches muy malas por el calor, y eso que era mayo. No quiero imaginarme lo que puede sufrir quien se aloje en esa habitación en julio o agosto con el aire acondicionado estropeado.
