Old hotel, worth the low price, but be prepared for some risks
Pros:

The single best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The food itself is decent but the main cast is the place - the restaurant is located on the roof, sou you can enjoy your morning eggs and coffee view a perfect city view.
The location is good - it's close to where you probably want to go, however the whole area is full of turists, you choose a different place if you want something more authentic.
Despite its age, the room was clean, the AC was working properly and the everyday room service was great. The bathroom appeared to be recetly renovated.

Cons:

The hotel is old. That wouldn't be a bad thing by itself, but more importantly, it isn't very well maintained. The electricity in my room kept going on and off, with the fuse box being just a mess of uninsulated wires with a lot of dust (a fire hazard!). Photo of the fuse box is attached. The electricity issues were never fully fixed.
Also, there was sometimes a weird smell (a combination of humidity, cigarette smoke and fresh laundry, I guess) in the hallways, but the room itself was clean and odor-free.

El desayuno muy bien servido, variedad de comidas y personal excelente tambien.

Cons:

Tal vez el baño necesitaria un extractor dado la humedad que se junta en la habitacion siendo verano.

The hotel did not provide good value for money
Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent and very close to most of the major historical attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing.

Cons:

I booked a quadruple room, but it was much smaller than expected and felt cramped and congested. The air conditioner was very noisy, and the cooling was slow and ineffective, making the room uncomfortable.

No complimentary water bottles were provided when we checked in. They were only given after we requested them, which should not be necessary. The lift was also very small, making it inconvenient, especially when traveling with luggage.

Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations due to the small room size, poor air conditioning, and lack of attention to basic guest amenities. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Pros:

Отлично местоположение - хотелът се намира точно зад парка Топхане, на около 50 метра от спирката на трамвай Т1. До Капалъ чарши се стига за около 5 минути пеша, а до Еминьоню - за 7-8 минути. Стаите са малки, но много чисти, а бельото и кърпите се сменят всеки ден. Персоналът е изключително любезен и отзивчив. Голям плюс за нас беше, че ни осигуриха място за паркиране точно пред хотела. Това е второто ми посещение тук и със сигурност ще отседна отново.
Гледката от терасата на ресторанта е страхотна!!!

Може да се по-добри закуската.

Good service and breakfast, but very small rooms and the property needs some renovation.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. A special thanks to Seckin Kaya and his team — they were very friendly, attentive, and made the breakfast experience especially enjoyable. The staff overall was helpful, and after our request they kindly moved us to a quieter room.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely small, much smaller than they appear in the photos online, which was disappointing. Initially, we were placed in a room facing the main street, and it was very noisy, especially at night. Fortunately, we were later moved to a quieter room. Also, some parts of the rooms feel worn out and could definitely use renovation and better maintenance.

Perfect place for a nice holiday in the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

Very good location, parking spot is very very beneficial in this location. Very nice view from restaurant, I would say perfect. Very nice staff at the restaurant, helpful, friendly and professional. Clean room

Cons:

Maybe I would say that the restaurants near the hotel are too noisy, sometimes until late in the evening.

Hotel foarte curat,deși ar mai trebui ceva renovari pe aici pe colo.S-a făcut zilnic curățenie in cameră, schimbat prosoape,etc. Micul dejun se ia pe terasa hotelului care are o vedere frumoasă asupra Istambulului și la care ai acces și seara dacă vrei să servești ceva privind luminile superbe de pe cladirile orașului. Felicitări domnului manager al restaurantului pentru profesionalismul dumnealui-de nota 10 ,ce compensează cu brio mâncarea oferită care nu este foarte variată. Felicitări și receptionerilor, prietenoși, dornici să te ajute cu orice.Locatia este foarte aproape de punctele principale de vizitat. Una peste alta,ne-am simțit foarte bine și recomandăm cu drag acest hotel.

Cons:

Nu ne-a displăcut nimic!

Hayrettin bey bize cok iyi hissettirdi. Butun sorularima sabirla guleryuzle gecistirmeden cevaplar verdi.ayriyeten burdan tskler ona.
Seckin beyde ayni sekilde cok icten davrandi cok ilgili davrandi. Guzel sohbetlerimiz oldu. Bu iki insanin hatrina yine otelinizi tercih edebiliriz

La pas prin Istanbul
Pros:

Pozitia si cafeaua turceasca de la micul dejun!

Cons:

Draperiile nu acopereau bine fereastra fiind si înguste si subțiri, astfel lumina pătrundea in camera iar calitatea somnului era mult afectata! Mai ales când te culci foarte târziu! In rest, totul perfect!
