Pros:

Gut waren das Frühstück (vor allem Herrn Seckin Kaya war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er alleine hätte 10 Punkte verdient) und die Lage des Hotels. Dei Einrichtung ist etwas alt aber charmant.

Cons:

Der einzige Grund warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben, war der zugesicherte Parkplatz vorm Hotel. Obwohl der Parkplatz mitgebucht wurde, wir nochmal nach Nachfrage bestätigt haben, dass wir den Parkplatz benötigen und am Anreisetag zweimal Kontakt hatten wegen Ankunftszeit und Parkplatz, war kein Parkplatz frei. Wir mussten dann am Anreisetag mehrmals umparken und standen dann auf einem Bezahlparkplatz. Darauf wurden wir aber nicht hingewiesen und erhielten am Morgen einen Strafzettel. Das war sehr ärgerlich.

Great location,little bit aged rooms, but beautiful people working there.
Pros:

Fabulous location, 5 minutes walk to, almost all, historical attractionos.
Good breakfast and very well organized team, also very friendly,working there on breakfast
All people working there are polite and friendly, and ready to help you.

Cons:

It is aged property, needing serious renovation.In our room when we came,safety box was not working, TV was not working, one wall socket was out of service- and first two problems were fixed after out third day of stay
Main problem was toilet brush which was not clean for years. We insisted that it should be cleaned or changed,but there was no reaction while we were there.

Es muy antiguo, se escucha todo del pasillo y otras habitaciones, por la mañana al hacer la limpieza arrastran muebles desde temprano y no te dejan dormir, huéspedes muy ruidosos, el lavamanos estaba tapado porque se tardaba en descargar

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit herzlichem Personal, hervorragend organisiertem Parkservice, sehr gutem Frühstück u

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Orte waren gut erreichbar, sodass wir unser Auto während des Aufenthalts nicht bewegen mussten. Mit der Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Das ursprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer hatte leider einen unangenehmen Geruch. Das Personal hat jedoch schnell reagiert und uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Für fünf Personen war das neue Zimmer allerdings etwas zu klein. Mit einem größeren Zimmer oder einer Aufteilung auf zwei Zimmer wäre der Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gewesen.

Excelente servicio del peraonal
Pros:

La atención y amabilidad del personal, especialmente del señor Seckin en el restaurante, pendiente de los huéspedes, que se sintieran cómodos y siempre con una sonrisa. También los señores que atienden recepción en el turno de la noche, muy colaboradores. Una bella vista desde el restaurante y excelente ubicación.

Lokacija odlična, komplet osoblje je bilo odlično i na usluzi posebno ljudi sa recepcije, trudili su se maksimalno da pruže sve informacije i šef restorana Seçkin Kaya se maksimalno trudio da bude na usluzi u restoranu tokom doručka. Sve pohvale.

Pros:

hotel has a great location, close to many important places, which makes it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
I would especially like to mention Seckin Kaya from the restaurant team, who was very attentive and took care of the small details to make sure guests were comfortable. His service and attitude were appreciated.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good service and a convenient location.

Cons:

The room was extremely small, with very limited space to move around. The wardrobe was too small, the refrigerator was old, empty, and not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was weak, and the bed was small. The room was also too cramped to have enough space for prayer
