Hôtel très beau, très bien placé, lit très confortable et grand. Personnel très agréable

La chambre était très agréable. Le lit est un peu petit, il faudrait qu’il fasse 2 m au lieu d’un mètre 40.

Cons:

Faire payer un dépassement de deux heures car nous avons oublié de laisser la chambre à midi. Sachant que nos bagages étaient prêts et que nous étions juste en face à la piscine pas très commercial.

Ubicación, servicio y ambiente excelentes
Pros:

Me gustó todo. En general el hotel está muy bien en cuanto a la ubicación, el personal es muy amable, la limpieza es excelente, el restaurante bufet para desayuno y cena es muy amplio, tiene buen servicio y buen horario, las piscinas muy agradables y limpias, y me encantó el servicio directo a la hamaca de la cafetería. Sólo que creo que algunas habitaciones necesitan algo de actualización, sobre todo en los baños, lo cuál comenté, y me dijeron que ya lo tienen previsto. Pero en general, está muy bien. El ambiente del hotel es muy bueno. Pienso volver a hospedarme allí.
