チェック時にWIFIが壊れていて使えないことを当たり前のように伝えられました。WIFIが必要だったので事前に伝えといて欲しかったです。

De accommodatie was prima, niet heel gehorig, schone badkamer. Prima auto garage heel fijn!

A really good choice for a three star hotel in Düsseldorf. Big, clean room with nice, also quite big, bathroom. Water boiler and more than enough coffee and tea. A fridge a little bigger than the normal minibar size. Very comfortable, big bed. Quiet area and walking distance to Hauptbahnhof, Königsallee and Altstadt. And best of all: Very nice owner/receptionist. Will definately stay again.

Dienstreise nach D ist nicht aufregend. alles ok. kommen, schlafen, abreisen.

Clean and quite hotel.

Guter Tipp für Nähe Bahnhof und sehr ruhig, da alle Zimmer zur Hinterhofseite gehen. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig. Werde gerne wiederkommen.Betten sehr gut.

I have given this hotel an average rating which may be a bit unfair but hopefully my review will explain why.

We arrived before 2pm and were greeted by a very friendly staff member who made us most welcome. We were shown to our room which was adequate. We were expecting a kitchenette but this facility was not in our room. Although mostly clean my son did find a half bottle of Jack Daniels under the bed! (which we did not drink!)

The reception closes at 2pm each day but when we went to buy more travel tickets at 13h40 the reception was locked up.

Not sure if these are serviced rooms but, although we got fresh towels each day, no beds were made, no cleaning or bin emptying was done and no toilet rolls were replaced when finished. Fortunately there is an Aldi and lidl close by where we were able to buy more! Breakfast was fine and we were greeted with a smile by a very friendly gentleman each morning. Close to city centre (about a 10 - 15 minute walk and plenty of places to eat in the area. although a couple were closed (probably for the festive season) It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the station with luggage

An above Budget hotel which is fine for a short break like ours. Secure parking. Affordable. I believe if you are on the ground floor (if there are rooms at ground level) it is wheelchair accessible but there are no lifts to the upper floors

Впечатление неоднозначное. С одной стороны-неплохое месторасположение: 10 минут пешком до центрального вокзала и столько же до центральной части города. 20 мин до Альтштадта. С другой - это не совсем отель, скорее апартаменты. Но внутри небольшого дворика. Тихо, спокойно, но если засалится шумная компания, то вы будете слышать все, потому что все номера выходят во двор. Ресепшн работает только до обеда. Ресторана/бара нет. Хотя они в избытке в округе. Как резюме: отличное место, чтоб переночевать. Но не более. Есть закрытая платная парковка.

Bra läge, nära kommunikationer. Enkel standard men rent och snyggt. Bra mottagande i receptionen. Ett litet minus för öppettiderna i receptionen men egentligen inget problem.

Schöne Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Zimmer hatte Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Tassen.

Buchungsvorgang war unzureichend. Obwohl bereits Ende Juli gebucht und bezahlt, war die Gutschrift nicht an das Hotel weiter geleitet worden, so dass beim Einchecken Diskussionsbedarf besta d, was sehr unbefriedigend ist. Hotelpersonal war aber sehr bemüht und alles wurde letztlich geklärt.
Es war nicht das ersta Mal, dass eine Hotelbuchung über Hotel.com bei Ankuftam gebuchten Hotel Probleme bereitete.
Ich werde in Zukunft nicht mehr über Hotels.com buchen.

Low-cost weekend in Dusseldorf. Really good price/value ratio. Ask public transportation tickets from reception for 2€ per day!

It was OK. The receptionists were quite professional and helpful. However, the TV was not working even though I complained about this and there was no iron nor ironing boarding as advertised.

We were there for 2 nights as a family with 2 small children. The room had a good size. The 2 beds for the kids were like hospital beds, very uncomfortable (the kids complained). Under the beds we dicovered a lot of litter..leftovers from the snacks of the former gests. We got a room with an unfunctional TV and clogged toilet and bath. When we complained they told us kindly that these were not life treatening problems they would take care of them the next day. They fixed the TV and not the other problems. The reception is open untill 22:00, if you need somethig after you are on your own. I think this should not be a hotel for families it is more like a youth hotel.

Basic hotel with comfortable beds. The bathroom is a bit outdated but adequately equipped. Breakfast is good, nothing fancy. This is all represented in the price which makes this a great value for money hotel for a short stay in Dusseldorf.
