De ligging van het appartement t.o.v. de stad en de parkeermogelijkheid.

Cons:

Medewerkers waren aardig maar er zat wel een humeurige man (geen service with a smile) Verder geen smart tv dus alleen spaanstalige tv dat is niet meer van deze tijd ik zou zeggennregel daar een mogelijkheid voor.

This stay was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, completely ruining a portion of our honeymoon.

The bizarre experience began the moment we checked in. We rented a full apartment, yet the receptionist explicitly warned us that several rooms within our own unit were strictly off-limits because we "only booked for one room." Those doors were literally sealed shut with stickers. It was incredibly eerie and deeply unsettling to stay in a unit with locked, forbidden rooms right next to us.

The physical condition of the accommodation was equally unacceptable. The bathroom sink was severely clogged, and the shower head was completely broken, making it impossible to even take a shower. When I reported the plumbing issue to the receptionist, his attitude was astonishingly disrespectful. Without so much as making eye contact, he simply shrugged and dismissively snapped, "Use the kitchen sink." I am entirely baffled by the sheer audacity and snobbishness of the staff.

It was only after I escalated the issue and submitted a formal complaint to Booking.com that the hotel panicked. The receptionist suddenly called our unit, desperately throwing pathetic compensation offers at us, like a free spa visit and breakfast. They even went so far as to slide a cowardly written apology and a breakfast A4 paper under our door for us to find the next morning.

A simple maintenance issue escalated into a massive frustration entirely due to their dismissive and unprofessional behavior. While we did eventually receive a 50% refund for that single disastrous night, the entire situation was handled terribly. To this day, not a single staff member has offered a direct, sincere verbal apology to me or my wife for subjecting us to that horrible, creepy, and utterly disrespectful experience.

Stay far away from this place.

Hotel efficace pour se retrouver à plusieurs
Pros:

La localisation est très bien, très centrale.

Cons:

L'équipement de l'appartement très sommaire, déception sur 2 chambres sur 3, car une très austère et très sombre avec 2 petits lits jumeaux et une qui n'est pas vraiment une chambre pour 2 personnes car le matelas ne fait fait pas 140CM, très petit. Petit déjeuner très cher pour le service.

Value for money hotel in great location with private parking at extra cost located under the hotel.

Schöne geräumige Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr schönes, großes Apartment. Gute Lage in einer tollen Stadt. Die kostenlosen Getränke waren super. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett.

Cons:

Leider war der Pool nicht offen.
Ich hätte 10 Sterne gegeben, aber es war leider sehr laut, vor allem zur Straße hin.
