Ubicación y, sobre todo, Aparcamiento: hay plazas de varios tamaños. Si, como en mi caso, llevas vehículo grande y nuevo, y tienes la suerte de pillar una plaza amplia, cualquier otro asunto pasa a segundo plano. La atención de la gente de recepción, inmejorable. Y el detalle de 'bienvenida', muy bien.

Cons:

Los utensilios de limpieza, tanto de cocina como del apartamento en sí. Ausentes. Tuvimos que fregar los platos con gel de baño. Lo dejaremos en anécdota.

Disappointing given the reviews that led me to choose it

Good bed

Cons:

I don't understand how this is a 4 star hotel. The reception area is tired and in need of a makeover with zero character. The rest of the hotel is also quite sterile. The main entrance door could do with an urgent refurb. The spa area is not inviting. Internet was not working and I had to go downstairs several times to try and sort it out. One of the staff was helpful. There is also a notice on reception that 10 means everything was ok and a 9 or 8 suggested things were severely wrong. I don't know if this influences people to give higher reviews than deserved.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, de locatie was schitterend, vlak bij het centrum.

Cons:

De badkamer was wat aan de kleine kant, werd wel alle dagen gepoetst maar niet heel grondig (in de hoeken bijv.).

Excelente opción para conocer zaragoza
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, porque estás muy cerca de todo, pero fuera del ruido genral de El tubo y el lío del casco histórico. El apartamento que nos tocó es enorme, y super bien equipado.

Cons:

Le falta un poco de actualización para ser un 10. Los TV son viejos, el sillón del salón estaba medio que se desarmaba. Igualmente todo muy bien. creo con una actualización queda de lujo.
