De locatie is perfect

Cons:

Er zat een zaadlozing op het hoofdbord van het bed. Hier heb ik tegenaan gezeten... helaas krijgen we hier geen reactie op, ook via booking.com. kan er niet gereageerd worden.

De locatie is top lekker midden in de bossen. De kamers zijn prima opzich maar snap wat mensen zeggen over het kleine fonteintje in de badkamer. Verder wel echt een heerlijke douche

De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel viel erg tegen. Het begon al met commentaar op dat ik een hond mee had terwijl ik dit bij de booking had aangegeven, toen kreeg ik een formulier onder me neus waarin wat dingen stonden over de hond en de regels terwijl je ook even had kunnen beginnen met een welkomstpraatje en een uitleg waar je de hond kunt uitlaten. Toen ik vervolgens vroeg of ze nog een leuk restaurantje wist kreeg ik wederom een formulier onder mijn neus. Communicatie was erg moeizaam en onklantvriendelijk. In het cafe tijdens het ontbijt commentaar omdat we niet op de plek gingen zitten die “speciaal voor ons gedekt was”. Hoe hadden wij moeten weten dat dat voor ons gedekt was? Had even smakelijk eten gezegd bijvoorbeeld!

Super fijne locatie, heerlijke bedden maar heel jammer dat er geen thee op de kamer was

Hele fijne locatie in het bos, maar ik vond het heel jammer dat ik geen thee op mijn kamer kon drinken. Ook kon er geen raam open, alleen een deur. Ik vind het jammer dat er geen kiep mechanisme op de deur zit of een extra raam dat open kon.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel helaas heel erg tegen. Super lief personeel maar het eten was van slechte kwaliteit

Kamer was super, we komen vaak bij dit hotel, reserveren meestal rechtsreeks. Maar nu via booking, kwam makkelijk uit.

Cons:

Wij checken altijd vroeg uit, om 0600 was de receptie nog niet open, dus moesten de sleutel in de kamer achterlaten. Telefonisch kwam ik later op de ochtend slecht in contact met het hotel, dus heb toen via booking platform een bericht gestuurd en dat was top.
