Впечатлен! Обязательно надо вернуться и не один раз!
Pros:

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Шикарный отель, шикарный вид с номера на горы и озеро.
Тихое место! в 5 минутах до центра на машине.
Завтраки прекрасные, обслуживание на высшем уровне.
Отдельное спасибо Кристине и Монике!
Лучший отель в этом регионе.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is perfect for exploring the local area.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and bathroom very spacious. The whirlpool was a nice added feature.
The breakfasts were amazing, the best I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed.
Monica and Kristina were lovely and very helpful.
The view from the hotel was amazing.

Cons:

There weren’t any drink making facilities in the room, eg; no kettle, cups etc but there was a fridge.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche!

Alles war super!

Cons:

Wir (2 Damen)hatten extra ein Appartement mit Schlafsofa und separatem Schlafzimmer gebucht, weil wir in getrennten Räumen schlafen wollten. Vor Ort wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir für ein zusätzliches Betttuch € 15,- pro Tag bezahlen sollen….Das fanden wir unmöglich und nahmen dieses „ Angebot“ nicht in Anspruch. Wir konnten uns anderweitig helfen….

Lokalita i ubytování naprosto úžasné....Musím vyzdvihnout zřejmě majitelku Kristýnu, která je opravdu ve svém oboru profesionální....Vždy usměvavá a ochotná vyjít všem hostům maximálně vstříc. A to je úžasné 👍🏽💯

Cons:

Nejde říci ,co se mi nelíbilo, ale za mě škoda , že se nevaří večer ,kde mimochodem by se skvěle dalo posedět....

Pros:

We stayed in large superior apartment and it was very comfortable with kids and all the facilities. Christina is a great host and she is best and really looked after us and kids and made sure we have everything we need :)

Amazing breakfast, view and staff!
Pros:

Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, seriously one of the best!!! Room was very clean with comfortable beds and amazing view! Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location near Malcesine, free parking and free bikes to use. We really enjoy our stay, thank you so much :)

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff and good location
Pros:

Great Lake view, good location just opposite the edge of the lake where you can swim. The whirlpool was good and we made use of it after swimming in the cold lake. Great breakfast- varied and home made bread and cakes. We used the free bikes to ride along the lake. Christine and Monica were very friendly and welcoming. We had wonderful stay- thank you!

Pros:

Super clean, owner was amazing and welcoming. The underground garage in such a small property was also a big positive surprise. Close to the lake, amazing views from the room and again the cleaning staff and the owner are doing an amazing job maintaining this property. If you want to stay in a place that is welcoming, confortable and clean dont look further.
