Pros:

Bel ensemble de maisonnettes colorées à taille humaine. L appartement était bien équipé, fauteuil, canapé, literie très confortables. La terrasse était agréable sans vis à vis. Grande piscine avec beaucoup de transats . Jolis espaces exterieurs bien entretenus. restaurant sympa à côté de la piscine .

De vriendelijkheid en hulpvaardigheid van het personeel maakt veel goed.
Leuk zwembad. Netjes Voldoende zetels aanwezig die regelmatig gereinigd worden.
Tuinen met veel planten en bloemen goed onderhouden.

Cons:

Het appartement/ huisje is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Foto's van booking.com. komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.
Het restaurant is buiten. Bij storm / regen zoals onlangs storm Therese kan je nergens binnen eten.

Pros:

Het vriendelijke, behulpzame personeel.
Lekker gegeten a la carte in het hotel.

Cons:

Toch vrij verouderde infrastructuur, heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Geen goede geluidsisolatie. Veel lawaai van uit andere appartementen.

Sehr schöne Anlage und sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Extrem ringhörig, Fenster und Türen klemmten dadurch konnte man diese nicht leise öffnen oder schliessen, zum Teil Gäste die sehr rücksichtslos morgens um 3 vom Ausgang nach Hause gekommen sind.

Pros:

Hôtel-club à taille humaine, avec de grands logements et un environnement agréable.
Prendre son petit déjeuner (qualité inégale entre les produits frais et d'autres trop industriels) au bord de la piscine est agréable.

Cons:

Un peu excentré, voiture très fortement conseillée (pas de difficulté de stationnement en janvier).

Would probably look for something else next time
Pros:

staff was very nice
there was a nice pool - tho we didn't try
the unit had pretty much everything we needed for cooking or prepping food
there is extra sofa bed
lovely parking - lots of options
SPAR 5mins walking distance with fresh bread in the morning :)

Cons:

the A/C is kinda broken - the LED indicators were stroboscope.ing all night :(
the layout is kinda unfortunate
everything is very worn out - damaged door in the bathroom, cracks in walls, damaged toilet seat, ...

L'hôtel reste familial au regard des énormes complexes touristiques de Maspalomas. Facile d’acces avec supérette a proximité.
Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés

Wonderfully relaxing and homely

Was self catering.Kitchem facilities in the apartment were perfect for everyday needs.
The site is lovely.A great layout with buildings of mixed colours and greenery surrounding,trees,grass,cacti and flowers.
