Everything was BAD!
We booked this hotel for an elderly sick woman, but there was no clear information about accessibility or the lack of an elevator, even though we checked carefully. During the booking we requested a room on a lower floor, since she cannot climb stairs. However, when we arrived, we were given a room on the 4th floor and there was no elevator at all.
We explained the situation to the staff, but they showed no interest, offered no help, and didn’t even try to find a solution. In the end, we had to leave and look for another hotel with the sick elderly lady.
The hotel refused to refund our money, and after several emails explaining the situation, their only response was “we don’t refund money.” No apology, no understanding, no respect towards the elderly guest.
We absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
!!!!! I will add to this the hotel's response that we did not visit the hotel and we reported back 5 days later. How dare you lie. Prove it when you dare to lie. I have every single email and date on the matter and we also contacted booking.com on the same day, so prove your words and don't lie.!!!!

I am a very frequent visitor to Istanbul and always stay in this area and similar range price/facilities hotels. Welcome host male was a good person throughout our stay, breakfast was absolutely inadequate compared to others hotels in this area. Hostess was quite rude aggressive and would eyeball, raise her voice and completely unaccommodating which ruined our experience. I have never put a bad review neither became annoyed of little issues but this one was an exception as just sitting for breakfast was a sour experience. Male host was reasonable and we did tipped him. We won't be visiting or staying at this establishment for sure. Overall not recommended unless you just want to crashing(sleeping) place on budget.

Didn’t stay at the hotel but the bar staff are amazing. The lady for Turkmenistan was brilliant so much fun. The vegetarian pizza was the best we’ve had. We loved her completely! The food was excellent but she will goad you into another gin and tonic! 😂
the staff at front desk is rude. the room is dirty, the bathroom was dirty, toilet seat was broken and was tapped. the night stand table had stain, the refrigerator was dirty. staff was rude to a friend who dropped me off at the hotel and wanted to help me with my luggage to the fourth floor, dhe started yelling at him hes not allowed to go up.

The location of this property is very convenient, the cleanliness of the rooms and the services are practically non-existent. It is also a shame that Expedia was not available to change our accommodation, despite the advance notice. In practice we were forced to change the property, paying for another hotel that at the same price offered us a much better room and services.

Kan bestemt ikke anbefales. Badet var møg beskidt. Madrasserne på senge de var brugt op, da de var begyndt at bøje fordi der er blevet siddet så meget i midten af madrassen. Hotel lugtede grimt. Meget lille hotel med en meget stejl vinkeltrappe, som du skal gå op af min sin kuffert. Værten sov på sofaen i den kun 8 km2 lille lobby.
