Pros:

Lage ist super. Parkraum ist eng, aber durchdacht und sicher.
Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es roch ein wenig komisch. Eventuell waren es die Putzmittel.

Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption. Bin relativ früh eingetroffen, wollte eigentlich nur fragen ob ich mein Auto schon mal auf dem Parkplatz stellen darf. Alles kein Problem. Konnte auch schon einchecken, das Zimmer war schon fertig.
Zimmer und Bad war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht.
Fußläufig zu Innenstadt. Gute Informationen wo man gut Essen kann, von der Rezeption.

Cons:

Leider stand morgens beim Duschen das halbe Bad unter Wasser, bei einerTür war die Türdichtung der glastür verruscht und wasser sucht sich seinen Weg. Habe essen der Rezeption gemeldet und die wollten Ems ansehen und beheben.

Great location, good value
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our booking included breakfast and it was a generous spread with ample choices for all tastes. .
In terms of location, this hotel is a short 5 minute walk outside of the old city walls. So it's room cost is good value for is location. For those with mobility issues, this is still a good base but using taxis makes it easier.
The hotel has on site parking (although it is limited, so contact them when you make your booking if you need a car parking space reserved)

Cons:

The only improvement it would suggest is that the shower was small and difficult to enter/ use without getting water on the bathroom floor.
Space in the room was limited, requiring suitcases to be closed and put away to allow moving about.

Pokój bardzo czysty, łazienka elegancka, łóżko wygodne, bardzo ciepło. W pokoju lodówka z wyposażeniem (płatne dodatkowo). Parking przy hotelu. Śniadanie przebiło wszelkie oczekiwania, coś pięknego, niesamowicie duży wybór przepysznych potraw, wszystko świeże, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo fajna okolica do spaceru wokół zamku, gdzie z góry roztacza się ładny widok na miasto.
