Wonderful view. Old hotel - ongoing repair work and wifi does not work.

Great location. Wonderful view from the room. Nice breakfast.

Optimales Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Zimmer war grosszügig und hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstück war ideal und hatte eine grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen amerikanischen Speisen. Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich und mit Haustieren sehr unkompliziert. Das Hotel hat einen eigene Parkgarage, die mit Fr. 9.- pro Nacht genutzt werden kann. Die Lage ist super, das Hotel befindet sich unweit von Restaurants und Geschäften.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Gänge gekommen und hätte eine Renovation nötig. Aber für eine Nacht, war es kein Problem.

Pros:

La proximité du centre ville, l'accès proche de la gare et de l'embarcadère pour la visite du lac de Thun.
L'amabilité du personnel de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner américain, la possibilité de stationner.

Pros:

Miła obsługa i świetna lokalizacja. Śniadania bardzo ok.

Cons:

Serwis sprzątający za wcześnie zaczyna pracę. Przy pobycie kilkudniowym potrafią nawet wejść do pokoju podczas Twojego pobytu na śniadaniu.

Pros:

The staff was friendly, location was great, and the room was decently clean.

Cons:

We were not aware there was construction on the building, which took up most of our floor. We also found every morning a basket by the elevator with food scraps such as an old egg, piece of ham, and scraps of bread that we had to walk by. Lastly, being from the US, we were used to all hotel rooms having a lock that can only be unlocked from the inside, in addition to the electronic lock. Our room only had an electronic lock, which felt a bit unsafe, especially knowing there were construction workers walking around our floor.

Cons:

Niestety w trakcie pobytu w obiekcie był przeprowadzany remont o którym nie zostałem poinformowany przed przyjazdem/ w trakcie rezerwacji. Prace rozpoczynały się dość wcześnie bo już około 7 rano, co negatywnie wpływało na sen, dodatkowo na piętrze oraz w pokoju unosił się zapach dymu tytoniowego.
