Cons:

El hotel es muy viejo, no está en buenas condiciones. No es limpio. A mi hija la picaron en los brazos y la espalda, no sé si fueron pulgas o mosquitos. El desayuno no es del todo malo, pero la única opción de huevos, son huevo duros y los sirven fríos, y las bebidas calientes no estaban muy calientes.

Memorable for all the right reasons. We always looked forward to get back to the hotel at days end
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff were outstanding at every point. They were knowledgable and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Heck we even invited a couple of them to stay with us if they were ever in our town.

Beautiful historic building, struggling with keeping things updated.
Fantastic location, great views and balconies.

Cons:

Breakfast room was very disorganized with small ants visible.
Hard boiled eggs sitting out at room temperature.

Shower curtains were too short (odd) and small to keep water in.

Curtains were ripped and dirty.
The foam chip pillow is the worst I have ever used in a hotel.
Ripped towels, bath mats.
Very outdated washrooms (scraped, scratched bathtub; tile in disrepair; toilet seat swivels ?!)

Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Pros:

La struttura è in un posto strategico e aveva i servizi che a me servivano :il garage il balcone. Avevamo una vista meravigliosa sulla Jungfrau eravamo vicini alla stazione Interlaken West.

Cons:

La struttura è molto datata e avrebbe bisogno di qualche ristrutturazione. questo dà l’impressione di una struttura non molto pulita.

It seemed to be pretty rundown. You had to walk up a flight of stairs with your luggage check-in. The first room they gave us was very unacceptable and after we said we were moving to another hotel they found a room that had been upgraded for us which was OK

It was close to the train station and not as expensive as what else is around this area

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible didn’t even have anything the next day. They had bread no toaster coffee machine wasn’t working nothing warm to eat

Location was very good with a view of the canal. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of room to store luggage. Good sized bathroom, well ventilated.

Cons:

For $633 a night the property failed. The breakfast room was chaotic with bowls on the other side of the cereal and milk and juice was stored in a small fridge on another side. Queues were typical. The selection of food was limited, with cold eggs on offer and hot dogs. We arrived 10 minutes before check in and was told by a listless person on desk that we had to wait. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in. On our last day we were given a ragged towel that I would use to wash my car. It had 3 holes in it and was frayed around the edges. I've taken photos of this. I've never done this before. Our toilet paper was not resupplied and we were forced to cannibalise the facial tissues. I was glad to get out of there. Booking.com should delist this property.
