朝食内容とロケーション

Cons:

猛暑が続く中、エアコンはなく、熱気がこもった部屋の窓を開けたら隣の部屋のバルコニーが手の届く距離にあり、簡単に隣の窓から侵入できる近さでした。深夜に続く隣部屋の客の話声が怖くて窓を閉め切っていました。隣の部屋の足音が自室に人がいるかのような響き具合、寝返りを打つたびに軋むベット、全く眠れませんでした。閉鎖された開かずのドアがあったのも怖かった。シャワー室の隅の黒カビ、足拭きマットはほつれてボロ雑巾のよう。チェクインした日に4泊予定を2泊で切り上げて他のホテルに移ることを伝え、キャンセル2泊分の返金をリクエストしました。繁忙期なので空いた部屋に予約はすぐに入るので返金可能では？と受付の女性がアドバイスをくれ期待しましたが、ホテルマネージャーが判断を委ねたbookig.comからは直接宿泊施設に要望するよう示唆され、リクエストしましたが、結果断られました。出費は本当に痛かったですが、移った先は快適だったので後悔していません。

Very little.

Cons:

Dated. Old. In dire need of repair. Wallpaper torn on walls. Breakfast is awful. Have to pay £5 for bottled water. No air conditioning. Front desk not helpful when asked questions.

他のホテルに比べて比較的値段が抑えられていたからよかったです。

部屋からの景色の良さ。
駅に近い。

Was the best expirience and the best Hotel in Interlaken.
Pros:

Very close to the Train station and very beautiful view from the window.

Cons:

I didnt like the breakfast but its ok the hotel is great in everything else.

Braucht man nicht . Das Hotel hätte von der Lage und der Substanz viel Potential Gäste ordentlich und angemessen zu behe

Die zentrale Lage in Sichtweite des Bahnhofs, der Fahrplan konnte life verfolgt werden. Vom Hotel alles fussläufig erreichbar, gute Sicht auf das Jungfraumassiv, hervorzuheben: eigene Garage!

Grosser Renovierungsstau!
Personal vorhanden.
Das liebloseste Frühstück seit langem weltweit. Unerheblich, da die Durchreisegäste von allen Kontinenten garantiert nie wieder Interlaken besuchen. Das Beste war das Heinz Tomato Ketchup , das es leider nicht geschafft hat, die Sausages aus billiger Massenverpackung im Geschmack zu verbessern. Sehr trauriges self service Angebot.

Hôtel défraîchi mais ok pour 2 nuits.
Pros:

Bien situé au milieu du canal entre lacs, jolie vue sur les montagnes, très proche de la gare Interlaken West. Déco assez défraîchie mais l’ensemble est propre et la chambre était grande.

Cons:

Buffet petit déjeuner pas mal mais plutôt basique et mal organisé.
Personnel peu engageant peut-être à cause de la clientèle cosmopolite (comme partout à Interlaken)

The only best piece was the location of the hotel. It was at a walking distance from Interlaken West station and near to the river

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was not up to expectations, especially considering the price. The wooden flooring was coming off in places, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The room itself was quite small and did not feel comfortable for the price we paid.
The reception staff were also not particularly guest-friendly or welcoming. Basic amenities were missing as well — there were no cups provided in the room.
Overall, the experience did not match the price or the standard we expected. Not worth the money, and there is significant room for improvement in both room maintenance and guest service.
