1 Nacht in Interlaken
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend, nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Bahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge und den Fluss. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und angenehm temperiert. Das Frühstück war gut und wurde in einem ansprechenden Raum serviert. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Ein Teil der Lobby wirkt unordentlich und gleicht einem Lagerraum, in dem alte Gegenstände – wie Gemälde, Möbel und sogar ein Einkaufswagen – aufgestapelt sind. Auch einige der Sofas in der Lobby sind alt und beschädigt.

Good for a short stay, great location, tired interiors
Pros:

Location was excellent. Hotel was a period piece, of former glory!

Cons:

A bit tired inside. Single room was fine in it’s size but bed was pretty poor, terrible Thun mattress

Great location, bad food and bad rooms
Pros:

Location was great at least, right behind train station and around a lot of food/shops. Offered luggage storage which was very helpful on our last day.

Cons:

The breakfast was a joke, flies everywhere. A few things of fruit/cheese; stale bread, probably the worst continental breakfast I've had. Only had it the first morning then decided to buy other breakfast.

Rooms advertised to have AC, the "AC" was a mini plug in fan. Don't advertise it if you don't have it. And the curtains should be darker and closed upon check-in to try and keep the rooms cool with no AC.

Beds not comfortable at all, 2x very flat pillows.

It was great.
Pros:

Classic old hotel, but they had done a fantastic refit so that everything was great inside our rooms. Appreciated the air conditioning in our rooms too.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t as good as other hotels.

Historisches Hotel mit Schwächen

Gute Lage und ruhig gelegen

Cons:

Man sollte auf gar keinen Fall im Sommer dorthin reisen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Personal reagierte auf eine Beschwerde unsererseits, es lief stark verschmutztes und übel riechendes Wasser aus dem Fallrohr auf unsere Terrasse und wir mussten diese verlassen. Keine Reaktion durch das Personal. Nicht einmal später bei der abreise.

Die renovierten Bereiche sind gut.
Pros:

Tolles, grosses, renoviertes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und super Blick. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist unterirdisch. Alle Zutaten sind billigste Massenware. Die Wiener und Bohnen sind ungenießbar.

Diese Unterkunft werde ich NIEMANDEM weiterempfehlen. Preisleistung Katastrophe. Völlige Abzocke.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Ein paar Schritte zum Bahnhof. Mit diesem Plus kann "geködert" werden.

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich. Es wurde nur englisch (an der Reception kein Hochdeutsch!) gesprochen. Und das in einem (ehemals ehrwürdigen alten Hotel!). Im Badezimmer hatte es Haare am Boden (bei der Ankunft). Das Frühstück war dürftig und das Buffetpersonal unfreundlich und nicht gasfreundlich.
