Hotel Jakoberhof

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Leider fühlten sich die Matratzen durchgelegen an. Die Fenster zur Straße sind nicht sonderlich schalldicht, dafür gibt es an der Rezeption Ohrstöpsel gratis. Das Bad war sauber aber halt auch schon etwas älter. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, da wird jeder satt, lediglich der Kaffeeautomat ist sehr laut, was wir etwas als störend empfanden.
Die Lage ist hervorragend um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Sehr nettes Personal, die Unterkunft ist wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Ja, sie ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für uns war das kein Problem, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Würde es aber zu dem Preis wieder buchen. LG nach Augsburg

Good location - near tram / bus stops and just across the street from the Fuggerei. There are also a grocery store and plenty of food options nearby.

Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Be prepared to walk up the stairs, there is no elevator (however, this was not a deterrent for our group)

If I stay in Augsburg again, I will stay at the Jakoberhof.

Excellent quality / price ratio. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, electrical kettle with coffee and tea in the room, bathtub in the bathroom, delicious breakfast, parking place in front of the hotel. Small point that might be bothering - tramways in front of the hotel passing-by somehow noisy.

Parking available in front of the hotel. Excellent ratio quality/price. The only point that might be proximity of the tramway making noise while passing.

Ein sauberes Hotel, Zimmerservice, gutes Frühstück.

Room was clean ,breakfast was very simple.It is more like hostel.

Appartement spacieux de 2 chambres, bien équipé. Le seul bémol : 4ème étage, sans ascenseur, et nous étions avec ma maman de 82 ans

O hotel é sofrível. Nao tem elevador e anda-se por um corredor muito estreito. A cama está próximo ao chão. O banheiro é pequeníssimo e é dificil até de se passar sabão. O café da manhã é muito bom. O estacionamento é pago €6,90.

Nice for the price and had lots of room. Just needs a little updating.

Overall, it was not bad. The streets were a bit noisy much of the night, but eventually quieted down. Since it was pretty hot, the fan and open windows were nice. Also, it was great to have onsite parking. Right across from Fuggerai.

Für den Preis super. Frühstück ist einfach, aber vollkommen oke. Einziger minus Punkt, der Lärmen der Straßenbahn.

Ich muss ehrlich zugeben, einige negative Bewertungen verstehe ich nicht.
Wenn man nicht das Ritz-Carlton bucht, kann man weder den Service noch die Ausstattung erwarten.
Wir waren vom 02.12.-09.12 im Jakoberhof. Das Check-In verlief ohne Probleme. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war gut, mehr als vier Sorten Wurst, zwei Sorten Käse nutze ich morgens auch nicht. Dazu kommen noch diverse Marmeladen, Müsli, Joghurt, Obst etc. – was will man mehr?
Das Hotel liegt super zentral, die Fuggerei ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und zum Dom braucht man zu Fuß gerade mal 20-25 Minuten.

Das Preis Leistungen Verhältniss ist in Ordnung. Die Lage ist perfekt zum shoppen.

Während einer Wochenend-Ausbildung verbrachte ich 2 Nächte in einem Einzelzimmer im Jakoberhof. Einfache Einrichtung, aber sauber, feste Matratze, kleiner Balkon. Kleiner runder Tisch, zum Arbeiten wäre ein eckiger besser gewesen. Freundliches Personal. Preis-Leistung absolut okay.
