Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were fantastic. However, due to what I assume was the football match and the Gothic Wave Festival, the hotel — like many others in Leipzig at that time — significantly increased its prices, making the overall value for money simply poor.

Ein wunderschönes und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Hundefreundlichkeit. Unser Hund wurde mit einem kleinen Willkommensgruß, leckeren Hundesnacks und einer süß gestalteten Wegbeschreibung zum Park herzlich empfangen. Solche Details zeigen, wie viel Mühe und Herzblut hier investiert werden.
Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Man fühlt sich rundum willkommen und wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer wurde nicht Kalt .

Günstig gelegen, mit nettem Personal
Pros:

Die Damen am Empfang waren ausgesprochen nett und freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bot alles, was man sich wünschen kann.
Das Hotel liegt ruhig, mit der Bahn sind aber alle Ziele in der Innenstadt schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Es ist mir nicht gelungen, das Fenster abzudunkeln, so dass es mit Sonnenaufgang sehr hell im Zimmer wurde.
Das Bad ist ein bisschen altertümlich (aber durchaus funktional).

Nice and comfortable room
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Safe and quiet neighborhood.
The room had all things needed for a few days stay.
Big plus for a small fridge and working tv.

Cons:

Soap in the dispencer was enough only for two days.
The room could use a small electric kettle.

I would stay again and I’d definitely recommend!
Pros:

Good location for access to the town centre, staff were friendly, rooms were clean and they were some nice touches e.g a goodie bag with a can of beer to celebrate the football!

Cons:

Rooms were warm, we did have a fan but AC would have made the stay more comfortable… appreciate the building is listed so it is a difficult one for the hotel to resolve.

Useless curtains.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful, especially pre arrival. The location is fine and has transport links to the centre close by.

Cons:

The biggest issue was that the curtains did not match the window, there were 3 pieces that were all far too short and didn't cover the long window. The window ended up 1/3 blacked out, 1/3 somewhat covered and 1/3 extremely lightly covered. I woken up at sunrise.

Pros:

Ein wirklich schnuckeliges Hotel mit freien Parkplätzen drum herum. Gutes Frühstücksangebot. Gute, schnelle Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Ich mochte auch die kleine Terrasse mit kalten Getränken.

Cons:

Es war etwas warm und hell im Zimmer. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Wir hatten zwar einen Ventilator, aber der ist ja auch sehr laut. Bei offenem Fenster hatte man auch viel Straßenlärm. Außerdem waren die Vorhänge nicht dunkel genug, deshalb wurde es ziemlich schnell sehr hell im Zimmer.
